Mitsuki Bakugou has always told her son that no matter who he wants to date he is going to have to show them who is in charge. She was going to accept her son no matter what gender he is interested in. Her husband felt the same way. Katsuki Bakugou being the spinning image of his mother nods his head in agreement. Hell yeah he is going to show whoever he is  going to date who is in charge.

The blondie is a competitive kind of guy so it was no wonder he would fall for another person who is just as competitive. He’s always been that way ever since he was a kid. Izuku, his childhood friend, can vouch for that.

Eijiro Kirishima is a cheerful and friendly person. Both of his mothers have always told him to go through life with a smile on his face. So he did, he always smiled and made sure to cheer up the people that are having a rough day. He made friends easily and got alright grades. His grades weren’t the best but he was getting by. Most nights he spent on google trying to find answers or easy equations to follow. That’s just how he was, he’d rather focus on his friends rather than turning in missing homework.

Both Katsuki and Eijiro had met on a friday in the college library.

Katsuki is a nerd, he likes to study and never allows himself to get anything below a B. He’s a Physics major. Science has always been one of his favorite subjects in high school. Katsuki’s father had gone to college and graduated for the same thing.  He followed in his father’s footsteps with a smile on his face, he wanted to make him proud.

Eijiro is a laid back guy, he’s fine with his grades being below a C. His major is Physical Education. He has always enjoyed working out, he even loves doing it more when he gets to work out with others and show them how to properly use equipment. Both of his mothers had encouraged him to go after something he loved. They have always been supportive.

Neither men seemed like they would get along with each other. Both of their personalities were far different from each other. Somehow they began to talk. It had been because Eijiro had grabbed the book that Katsuki had been reaching out for. The blonde had cursed out the red-haired male a few times before grumbling about how he can have the damn book. Eijiro insisted that they should share. An hour later they can be seen reading out of the same book.

It isn’t until a few days later that Eijiro begs the blonde to help him study for his upcoming test. Katsuki being the smart man that he is agrees but only if Eijiro bought him coffee. Tuesdays somehow turn into coffee study sessions.

They always go to the Starbucks that is close to the campus. Eijiro had been the one to drag Katsuki there. Trading phone numbers was the next step and then Eijiro began to invite Katsuki over for movie nights with him and his friends. Things seemed to be going normal, just two guys hanging out with each other and studying. It was meant to be normal but life is complicated.

Katsuki ends up developing…feelings. Feelings that he doesn’t understand. He has never felt anything like this before. He goes straight to his mother as soon as his heart skips a beat after Eijiro smiles at him. Of course Mitsuki is eager to help.

“It’s like my heart is about to beat outta my chest, hag,” Katsuki huffed in anger. How dare his body act so strangely over some guy. Well…not just any guy. Eijiro Kirishima was someone that made Katsuki actually happy.

“Tell me your symptomes,” Mitsuki says, holding the phone closer to her ear. Both her and her son tend to call every other week. Most of the time the calls are filled with drama and them both agreeing on how annoying people are. Sometimes his father joins the call but they usually are more than he can handle.
