It was exactly one and a half year later when I sat next to him, he looked so pale and weak, it hurts to see. We were holding hands and I decided it would be time to tell him about my feelings that i never lost about him.
He was suprised when i told him.
'I love you.'
I expected a rejection but against my expectation i got this precious words to hear.
From him.
To me.
'I love you too.'
Simple words that meant the world to me.
We even shared a kiss.
That was a half hour before the machines went loud.
After this i only remember how i was dragged out of his room.
The cold ground of the hospital, hot tears falling on it. His family next to me, as they tried to save my precious love.
But they couldn't make it.
He died that night.
And a part of me died with him.
