I pulled the trigger as soon as I saw the creature, and I never expected it to do as it did. It immediately went limp, and fell to the ground, as if it were shot through the head, even though I aimed at its leg. I ran up to it, but Terry stayed behind a bit. The creature was still different compared to the last few we had seen combined, where this one was purely muscles, and covered in fur. Its face looked similar to a lion's skull, even though its body was shaped like a mans. The hands that it had were seemingly covered in thorns, growing from its skin where the bones would be. As I continued to look at it, it seemed that the turns were actually covering its entire body, but with the fur, it was harder to make out. "Shit, dude." I heard Terry say, "What are we gonna do?" I started walking back to the shop, and when I got there, I put the shotgun up. Terry had followed me up, and so I asked him to grab the rope behind him, and while he did so, I grabbed one of his shortswords. "Let's tie that thing up befo-" I started to say before I was cut off, by a loud, almost unbearable shriek. We both ran to where the creature had been before, though all we saw was a dark red liquid. We heard rustling coming from behind us, and with the little bit of strength we had left, we ran off inside the house. We didn't sleep very well last night, and I missed my alarm. It was 7:25 when I finally got around, so I had to skip my shower, and we went on to school quite drowsy.
