"Your mind!"
"Why would they want my mind. no no no no no no no." Edward fell to the floor, lay down and scrunched up like a ball saying..."I do not believe this, this is just a dream. I do not believe this, this is just a dream. I do not believe this, THIS IS JUST A DREAM!!" He screamed at the top of his lungs.
I didn't want to bother him knowing that he needed to get his anger out sooner or later. The thought hit me that we had to get our of here soon or someone could report us to the haunted place...Why do you ask??? Well. Let me explain to you...
*** It all started the day Edward ran off. A large hospital...So thats what they called it...created it self in less than a year. Half a year if you like. It was large rectangular, cube like and was perfectly smooth, no bumps, sharp edges or dents all the way around the wall. No windows either. It was just a weird building with just a plain creme colour paint and just one door where you saw people come in, but know one come out. Citizens had a theory that they had a paradise in there where you wouldn't want to leave. The mayor of our town asked for a volunteer but paradise didn't seem to convince anyone. Know one ever volunteered. Don't be surprised.
So we never found out what it was.
So I was sick worried about Edward and wouldn't talk to anyone. I didn't go to school either. That would run the risk of talking to other students. I became enclosed and antisocial but I went for walks just before dawn hit the dark sky...
A year or two after Edward left...that was when the weird things started happening. All the adults started to go 'whoo hoo' in the head. They all were injected with something. I can't remember what it's called.
Anyway
And they were threatened to be killed if they didn't listen to what they were told to do. Surprisingly not everyone listened, leaving a few smart adults left.
Anyway
Every one was told to enter the "hospital" and of course...
They never came back.
Now the children were left alone.
To fend one them selves.
So I went off and ran away from there and of course...
Went on a trip to look for Edward."
"Wow. I guess it took you years to find me." Edwards face showed signs of distrust and confusion.
"Yeah...I really missed you."
