Virgil jolted up sweating and half crying. He pulled his legs to his chest and hugged them. He looks around the room to see if anyone could see him in this state. His eyes landed on Roman. Virgil smiled a little, seeing Roman bring Virgil comfort. Virgil started to cry little small tears at first. But soon he was sobbing. He felt a hand on his lower back. Virgil's eyes widened and looked to the hand it belonged to, still having a few stray tears in his eyes. Roman smiled a little, "It will be ok." Virgil looked away from Roman and then realized he had a nightmare. Roman sat up a little he put his hands on Virgils, whose hands held tightly on his knees. Roman pulled Virgil close to him. Virgil's eyes were turning black. "Just go back to sleep, I WILL defeat whatever enemy will try to hurt you again!"
Roman said in a soft voice. " A..are you sure?" Virgil asked, his eyes slowly turning back to their natural color. "I promise," Roman said with a smile. Virgil wiped his tears and looked up at Roman. Virgil's eyes were now back to their natural color. " Now," said Roman "Go back to sleep." Virgil's sighed. "Fine but as long as you kill that monster." "I said I would just go to bed."
Hours later Roman had woken up to see Virgil's sleeping face by him. Roman smiled and got up slowly making sure not to wake Virgil. Once Roman's feet touched the ground he looked around the room to see if he could find new clothes for the day. When he saw Virgil's closet and walked in. Roman had seen one of Virgil's hoodies and smiled.
He yanked it from its hanger then put it on. Roman walked back out pulling the side of the hoodie down to make it more comfortable. Roman looked at Virgil's face and kissed it. He then opened the down to let himself out and then closed it behind him. He walked down the stairs to see Remus on the couch with a sleeping Jauns in his lap. "Why hello Princey," Remus said with a calm voice. Roman walked over to the couch and sat down by his brother. "Is he sleeping?" Roman asked. "Yes, he is but, to be honest, I don't know-how." "What do you mean Remus?" Roman replied. "Well he's been so stressed lately," Remus said in a voice of concern. Remus's hand was playing with Janus's hair.
"When he's stressed he'll do one out of two things. One he'll inch is snakeskin until it's bleeding or shedding. Or he'll drink the wine we have." Remus finished with an upset tone of voice. Roman looked down at Janus With sad eyes." Virgil does the same thing. His eyes will turn all black but sometimes. I have caught him drinking." Roman said lifting his head. "But Remus we shall now let this take over! We'll save them!" Roman said and thought his fist in the air. "Ya! Now let's watch tv until everybody up and awake." Roman smiled at his words. "DISNEY," Roman said excitedly. "Fine Disney it is but first we're gonna watch Aladdin." Roman nodded and watched as Remus played the movie.
