I'm walking at the hallways when I heard a woman singing at the theatre room. I got curious and slowly open the door, and sit at the back row, while I see a woman there at the stage. She's alone here and she have her eyes close.
"Cause as long as my eyes still see, as long as my heart still beats. As long as I'm alive, I'm free.." then she open her arms, and she smiles while still singing with her eyes closed. She slowly twirls.
"So I don't count on nothing.. Don't ever stop running, I ain't hurting nobody so just let me be~" She open her eyes, and our eyes met. I saw how she panic, and go down the stage. She hesitantly walk towards me, and when she got close she immediately talk.
"I-I'm sorry.. You don't have to see that--" She stopped when she see me smile at her. I tap her head and started to walk to go out at the theatre room, but before I close the door I look back at her, and see how dumbfounded she was. "You sounded like my guitar" I told her before I go out.
I realize that I'm playing my guitar and woken up by Jennie from our memories before when she sing, and the crowd started to sing with her. I look at her, and she suddenly looks at me.
"Cause as long as my eyes still see, as long as my heart still beats. As long as I'm alive, I'm free." as we sing together, I see her big brown eyes, her pretty face, and how she sings, suddenly the crowd became quiet, and then it's just us who are singing.
"Yeah, I'm already blessed and free.." as we sing the last line, we heard the crowd gone wild, and I look at her again and smile.
"Hey, it's a success!" Jennie greeted me at the backstage while I'm helping to pack our things. I look at her and nodded, she suddenly hug me and we stayed like that for a while before she pulled to face me. "What?" I asked.
"Years ago, you told me that I sounded like your guitar... what does that mean?" She asked, and I smile as I hold her hand. I lead her to our dressing room and we sit at the couch. "the sounds that my guitar made is music to my ears.. a music that I know I'll never get tired to listen, that's why I said that." I look at her again, and she's smiling already.
"You know, you can just tell me that 'hey your voice is good!" but you still use deep words like that" with that statement, made us laugh both. "Well, of course I want to impress the woman that I like." I said, and she blush.
"You got me tho." She said, as she move closer to put her head on my chest. "Yeah, you got me too. just wanna say that I love you more than my guitar 'kay?" and we ended the special night with the both of us happy.
