"I wonder where she is now?"

The golden ray of sunlight past through her window  hitting her face waking her up from her short sleep, letting out a groan she lazily woke up and drag her feet to the bathroom

' why the heck is it so cold' she complained and got herself ready for her job, morning shift and went on her way

" Oh hey Elle,  your early today?"
Jane greets as her friend entered the cafè

"Oh yeah, there's nothing much to
do yesterday so I got a ......decent? amount of rest"she spoke, putting her apron on and wiping the counter ready to start the day

"you've been busy, so how's school?"
the other girl asked, refilling the cup holders

" you're asking  me as if your older" she giggled " but it's fine, I was able to balance school and work, how about you?"

"likewise..." she paused  "oh yeah you do two jobs, streaming right?" she confirmed and turned around to face the girl after doing her chore

"yuppp" both of them looked up after hearing the bell of the door ring as a sign that someone came in, Jane went to the kitchen to prepare morning pastries while Elle handled the counter

"hi, good morning what can I get for you today?" Elle greeted with a smile eyeing the tall man infront of her

'how the heck is this guy so tall but he looks familiar....?' she thought to herself before shrugging it off

" uh...could I get medium latte" he said in a thick but rather calm accent, after looking up the menu he gotten his card ready to pay

"medium latte, for?" the girl ask getting ready to right his name on the cup

"Uh...William and...thats all, thank you" he replied and leaving the counter to sit at the tables and distracting himself with a phone

the girl got started preparing the order as more people came in to get there morning drinks, after a few minutes...

"Mochachinno for William" Elle rang the counter bell and called out the order, making sure the customer hears it. He came to get his order leaving a thank you and headed out as she continued to do the other orders

"ugghhh......" Elle groaned while laying her upper body on a table

Jane shortly laugh at her friend while wiping the tables

"well, today was more busy than the usual" she sighed wiping her hands on her apron

"yeah....." Elle blankly replied while staring at the window "it's my day off tomorrow right? "

"yup, you should go buy some warm clothes, winters coming" the 17 yr old said while taking off her apron

"of course, aunt Marie and Kiro are coming tomorrow so you have company" the younger one just nodded, the blonde looked out the window noticing that it's starting to get dark

"well I should get going now, it is getting late and I'm late for stream" she says stretching for a bit before going over the counter to staff room,  getting her backpack

"Goodbye Elle, take care!" Jane waved as the girl got out the door, she waved back to her friend from the window and got into her car, driving home to her apartment which was not that far from the cafè
