Chapter 5

Next day.

(MY POV)

Today's Tuesday so I come in the cafeteria with Mikayla to get breakfast since its beignets. I could see Levi sitting with Hanji and Erwin and also Levi's squad. I'm sure Levi was shocked to see them again. Hanji turned and waved to me and I waved back. Erwin and Levi looked at me and wiggled their fingers to show they were waving. I smiled and continued walking with Mikayla.

When we walked out the kitchen area, Hanji waved at us and motioned for us to go up to her. Hanji got out of her chair and gave us a suffocating hug. "Oh my god Levi. How do u become friends with such adorable people?!"

"I'm not adorable!" Me and Mikayla said in unison. Levi rolled his eyes for the uptenth time.

"Oh shut it shitty glasses." Hanji just ignored his comment and cackled.

"Let me introduce you to Petra, Gunther, Oluo, and Mike." They smiled and waved. Me and Mikayla waves back. In a way it feels like an honor that I can actually see these people that are alive and not in a anime filled with rage and death. I'm sure Mikayla feels the same way. All I could see in her eyes were excitement and I just wanted to laugh.

"Come sit with us~." Hanji scooted over in her seat. I looked at Mikayla and shrugged my shoulders. She replied with a shrug and sat next to Hanji. Levi sighed and I watched him scoot over and I sat next to him.

"I see your becoming a gentleman Levi." Erwin said nudging Levi's side. He shrugged Erwin off and rolled his eyes again. I slightly blushed and started to eat my beignets.

"Oh, does Levi like someone?" Hanji blurted out. I choked on my beignet and looked at Hanji. Levi was giving her a deadly glare and the others were looking at either Hanji or Levi. Mikayla started to snicker.

"I ship it~!" Mikayla loudly whispered to Hanji. Hanji nodded her head frantically. I blushed and narrowed my eyes at Mikayla.

"Fuck off shitty glasses!" Me and Levi both said. I nervously looked at Levi and he was looking at the table with annoyance in his eyes. Hanji and Mikayla start laughing their asses off and I slam my forehead into the table. 

"What the fuck did you just say?" We all hear a voice yell out from the middle of the cafeteria. Me and Mikayla look at each other in confusion and shock. I turn my head to see Eren glaring at my brother Dustin and Armin standing a foot away with a bit of hurt in his eyes. My jaw drops a little and I narrow my eyes at my brother knowing that he said something stupid to get Eren mad. 

"I would like for you to say that about Armin again." Eren said through clenched teeth. Dustin rolled his eyes trying to act all cool and shit. That just pissed me off even more. Armin grabbed Eren's shoulder to try and calm him, but Eren shrugged his hand away. I looked at the doorway to see if anyone was coming, but no one did. But I did see my friend Isabella standing in the doorway with some other people jumping with excitement. I mentally faced palmed and looked back at Dustin and Eren.

"Armin is a gay fuckin faggot!" Dustin said raising his voice louder with each word. Dustin always does that when he tries to act cool and it's so annoying.

"Oh that's it!" Eren raised his fist in the air and punched Dustin in the face. Dustin stepped back with a hand over his mouth seeing blood run down his face. "Eren!" Armin shreiked pulling Eren back before he could throw another punch. I quickly rose from my seat, but I was stopped by a hand grabbing my shoulder and turned around to see Levi looking at me with a boredish look on his face.

"Don't even bother Brooke. I'll deal with them." I nodded my head and Levi walked past me and I slowly sat down.

"What the hell do you think you're doing Jaeger?" Levi said. He stood in front of Eren putting a hand on his hip. Armin backed away and Eren turned around and his eyes widened, but immediately narrowed back into a glare.

"Did you not hear what this douchebag say about Armin? Armin didn't even do anything to him. All we did is walk past and he decided to make a comment about him. When I heard, I got pissed of-" Levi grabbed Eren's face and brought it closer to his.

"After all that we went through before we even came to this school and you still wanna go and fight someone. You be lucky that I don't beat your fuckin ass again!" Levi muttered so no body could hear. Eren's glare turned into fear and Levi let go of Eren and walked back to our table and sat down groaning. "That boy is still a brat." He said.

"Eren, are you okay? Who's ass do I need to beat?" Mikasa said storming through the group of people. She stopped and gave a glare towards out direction which I'm guessing is for Levi. She turned back to Eren pissed off. "What did Levi do to you this time?" Mikasa shook Eren by the shoulders.

"Oh my lord jesus." Levi muttered and put his forehead on the table.

"Levi didn't do anything. This asshole over here." Eren said pointing to Dustin who's jaw and hand was covered in blood. "He decided to say something about Armin so I got pissed off and gave him what he deserved." Eren said angrily. Mikasa's glare softened and let go of Eren's shoulders.

"Eren, you need to learn to control your anger. There is no need to be fighting when we just got here."

"What the hell happened here?!" The disciplinary Mr. Solieau (It's pronounced Mr. Swallow. His name is french) yelled getting through the group of people trying to see what was going on. "And the rest of you need to get to class! You two come with me." Mr Solieau said to Eren and Dustin. Everybody got up and started walking to class. I couldn't move from my seat.

"Come on Brooke." Levi said and I finally figured out how to get up and I walked with him to our classes.
