first show

everyone was cheering. first night of the girls back together, nobody could be happier. scary spice, ginger spice, sporty spice and baby spice all appeared on the stage.

mel b and emma were centre stage, mel c was next to mel b and geri was next to emma. everyone thought scary and ginger were trying to keep their distance ever since the incident. you know what i'm talking about, mel b coming out on piers saying she slept with geri ages ago and it meant nothing.

you could sense the awkwardness between the two but mel b never wanted to upset any of her girls, she'd never seen geri so.... quiet?? she didn't interrupt, she didn't shout, i mean she barely even spoke.

the girls all began singing if u can't dance, it got up to geris spanish part in the song and melanie b ran up to her and started acting flirty in every way, possibly trying to get her to loosen up. she was grabbing her ass, twirling geris hair, playing with her dress. she didn't get the same reaction back

melanie kissed geris cheek and that's what caused geri to stop. she dropped her mic and ran backstage.

baby ran to the end of the stage to grab the older woman's mic before it rolled off the stage.

'well that's definitely a way to start a show now isn't it!'

yup that's emma, always trying to fix things. she passed geris mic to mel b, when the mic was placed in her hand, she read geris name on the mic and the whole stadium went quiet when mels face dropped.

mel c always tried to stay out of the drama aspect of the band. she stood there silent waiting for the moment to pass.

'everything's going to be okay guys i promise our gorgeous ginger spice will be back and okay, she's just being dramatic you know her.'

emma once again tried to lighten the mood. melanie b's mood had completely changed. she seemed personally offended by this little dig at ginge.

a single tear dropped from her eye before she also ran backstage.

emma and mel c made some conversation with the audience for a few minutes, singing some acapella, answering some questions, dancing, basically whatever they could without the other two there.

halliwell came back on stage, clearly didn't have her makeup redone after crying but it's okay because she was back. they had three out of four.

geri took a deep breath before raising her mic to make an announcement nobody saw coming, this was the first time she'd spoke all night. it was possibly the most surprising moment in spice history.
