Yeonjun woke up with a small headache but nothing he couldn't handle. He sat up in bed and noticed the note and water. After chugging the glass left for him he read the note that was written with very cute handwriting.

Hey hyung hope you don't mind I entered your house without permission, I didn't think it was right to wake you up, you looked so cute peacefully sleeping. I left some water for you!

"Binnie...hm cute"

Yeonjun groaed upon hearing his phone ringing, Without looking at the caller id he answered.

"Yes?"

"Well good morning to you too sweetie"

"Oh hey Tayunn"

"You okay? You usually never call me by my name"

"Hm? Yeah sorry just woke up with a slight headache that's all"

"Aw I'm sorry, did you drink some water?"

"Yep, sorry to sound rude but why exactly did you call?"

Yeonjun heared a giggle coming from the other end of the line. Any other day this wouldn't have bothered him but this morning it annoyed him and he wasn't quite sure why.

"My flight back from America is today silly~ I was calling to tell you that I'm excited to be back with my husband. Maybe...when I get there we can take a moment to ourselves and enjoy each other"

Yeonjun felt like gagging which confused him but nevertheless ignored the feeling. He figured he'd just have to make up an excuse like he usually did.

"Alright well I gotta get ready for work now bye"

"Bye sweetie, oh and if you see my dad today tell him I said 'hi'!"

The line clicked and Yeonjun let out a sigh. He looked back at the note and a small smile crept on his face. The moment he realized he quickly got rid of it while tucking the note in his pocket.

"Hey Yeonjun!"

Yeonjun looked up from his phone to see his best friend Changbin walking up to him.

"Hey"

"Did you hear the news that we got a newbie yesterday? Heard his skills were so good they could outrank yours"

Yeonjun groaned at the mention of his skills but ignored it.

"Yeah, I've actually been tasked with showing him around. Speaking of which here he comes now."

"Yeonjunnie hyung~ I hope you like muffins because I brought you one!"

Changbin stood there watching the interaction happening between the two extremely tall men in front of him. He has to admit that this new guy wasn't at all what he was expecting when he heard about the amazing skills, especially with the way he is acting right now.

"Oh come on please! Just one bite!"

"No."

"But whyyy"

"Because I said N-"

Soobin stuffed the muffin into Yeonjun's mouth catching the older off guard. He had an innocent smile on his face that caused Yeonjun to give up and eat the muffin. Changbin cleared his throat catching the attention of the two males.

"So anyway I'm still here"

"Oh I'm so sorry I didn't see you there! My name is Choi Soobin, you?"

"Seo Changbin- wait what do you mean you didn't see me? I'm not that short!"

Yeonjun had to lean on Soobin's shoulder for support as he laughed at his best friend which he received a glare from. He finished the muffin that he surprisingly enjoyed but would never mention out loud to Soobin.

"Well before I suddenly become a third wheel again I'm going to head back, Hyunjin might start getting impatient"

"Tell your boyfriend I said 'hi'"

Soobin watched Changbin walk away before turning to Yeonjun with a puzzled look plastered on his face.

"What?"

"Nothing is just...he's gay?"

"Yeah what about it? You homophobic or something?"

"Nono just...I don't know, I didn't think people were allowed to be gay in the Mafia-"

"Okay Soobin that's a really dumb assumption"

"Uh yeah sorry"

Soobin rubbed the back of his neck embarrassed, hoping the older hadn't noticed his bright red ears. Yeonjun stood there studying the taller lad, deep in his own thoughts. He was quickly brought back when Soobin suddenly grabbed his wrist and began dragging him away.

"Yah! Where are we going?"

"To my car?"
