The girl left Artemis's personal tent, joining up with the other Hunters. The girl told them everything, all exactly as she had said to Artemis. The Hunters were surprised for a minute or two after the girl was finished. Then, they all smiled at the girl.

They accepted the girl's apology, and told the girl that they would love to have her back in the hunt with them. "The birds miss you, you know. They haven't been bringing us as many dead animals as they used to. So do the wolves, and all the animals, for that matter."

At the sound of their mention, those said animals came forth. First came the falcons, who were the hunting birds. Then came the wolves, who were, unsurprisingly, the hunting dogs, or hounds, if you must. Both the girl and the animals were overjoyed to see each other again after so many months. While the Hunters, the girl, and the animals reunited, Artemis and Selina conversed.
