After shopping was done and we were home they helped me set up my room and then I was finally free to just shower and change into comfortable and clean clothes. Once in the bathroom I undressed and filled the tub with water and bubbles, I then lit some candles and then got into the tub and just rested my head against the back of the tub, all of the memories flooding in, "Aaron stop, Aaron stop, stop, stop! Aaron get off me" as I yell I am panicked, I know what's happening, he tells me to shut up, and when I fight harder he punches me and then begins to choke me as he conitued on with his intended goal. I jerk out of my thoughts when I felt myself stop breathing as I remembered being choked. Water splashing out of the tub, after that whole flash back happened I decided to quickly wash up, shave and that's when I felt my first ever real cut and it felt kinda good after the initial pain went away, something clicked or snapped in my head and I began to move the razor to my wrist and made a cut, at first it was scary and shocking but then it felt kinda amazing, I made a second and then a third and it made me feel so calm and I felt myself relaxing once more, a few tears escape me as the memories flood away and afterwards I got up and out of the tub and dressed in my night clothes. A nice blue pj set. Once I was dressed I brushed my hair and then went back into my room to set up my new cellphone and then I put Alex's, Jasmin's, and Henry's numbers in it. After that I headed down to the kitchen to get a light snack before heading off downstairs to do some bowling.
