Flowey looked at the smiling sleeping skeleton, annoyed and pissed that he has to do this. He thought about the two choices he has. He didn't want to be a flower forever, but if the world resets then he is back to a flower. But he could be a goat again, he could live a more normal life and not be held.
The hour slipped by and Sans woke from his little nap.
"Fine, I'll do it," Flowey says and Sans hums at the response and walked out to inform Frisk and Alphys about the agreement.
"The damn flower agreed, now don't destroy anything. I'll take care of it. Just be here when it happens."
Sans left the girls alone to be left to his work. Alphys tried to help but each time Sans refused her request. 2 hours passed and it worked, so Sans got the other and brought them to the room.
"Okay kiddo, we are doing you first. Did you save?"
"I did Sans, I am not making this all happen again."
"Of course, you would, being the hero like always," Flowey grumbled out.
Alphys looked at them confused at the way they act but didn't ask until this was over.
Frisk left Flowey with Sans and saved one last time before going into the machine. The machine turned on, and the lights started to get bright.

6 minutes have passed, the machine starts to shut down to indicate that it has finished. Sans looks over at the door to see Frisk laying there, but also Chara.
"Geez, Sans how long would mine take huh?" Flowey grumbled at how long it has taken for this to work.
"Since Frisk survived, you can to you damn goat flower."
"Are they okay?" Alphys was looking at the two sleeping people in the machine.
"Yeah, there are some beds around the corner. You can put them there."
Sans when to work on the machine as Alphys was getting Frisk and Chara to a bed nearby.
"Sans... Why are you even helping?"
"Because Frisk asked."
"I know... but still. You can lie to Frisk and say I died during the machine working and saying it took my energy."
"Then they would reset and make sure you make it. I am not going through what you both did." Sans sighed. "Whatever, let's get this over with." Sans putting the flower in the same spot that Frisk was in and putting the soul in one of the compartments.
Sans closed the machine up and started it. It didn't take too long as it did with Frisk, around 3-4 minutes at most. The machine doors opened, and Sans stared at the goat boy.
