(Ch3) Farewell Party

"You all ready for the party?'' Ryder asked after all the pups finished packing for their vacation. Ryder noticed that all the pups had smiles across their faces. "You pup's excited?" he added to his earlier they all nodded in response as they where too excited and did not know what to say.

"We have never got to do something like this, the trips we have taken before have always ended up with a mission." Chase said.

"Well hopefully nothing happens while we are in Barkingburg." Skye added while she nuzzled Chase's side. the other pups hummed in agreement as they had also realized that every time they have gone on a "vacation" in the past there always ended up having to do some sort of work.

"We won't have to worry about that in Barkingburg, they have people there that can take care of anything that happens there, they have to protect the princess after all, plus I don't think they would ask us for help anyways, especially since the princess knows the reason we are going there in the first place is to get a break from missions." Ryder said trying to lift the sudden downshift in mood, which seemed to work.

"Ryder when will Everest be here there not much time left till the party?'' Marshall asked.

"She should be here soon Jake called me about five minutes ago saying that they where headed this way.'' Ryder responded.

"Lets play a game of hide and seek while we wait." said Rubble. All the pup's had agreed and decided that Rubble was it since it was his idea to play the game, which he was not to found of but quickly got over it.

"I am going to wait in the Lookout come and get me when Everest gets here." Ryder told his pup's who all told him okay as they ran to their hiding spots, well all but Rubble who was stuck counting while the others hid.

"Dudette while you are one vacation you should so tell Marshal dude how you feel about him." Jake said.

"I don't know Jake, I don't know how he will react." Everest replied with a sigh.

"Dudette while you pup's are gone it would be the perfect time to tell him. Just go with your heart." Said Jake.

"Why do you have to tell me this now, now it's going to be the only thing I think about while we are at the party?" Everest sighed.

"Sorry dudette did not mean to upset you before the party." Jake spoke sincere.

"It is alright." Everest replied.

"We here dudette, looks like the pups are playing a game." Said Jake.

"Everest, Jake!" The pup's yelled in unison.

"I will go get Ryder." Said Chase while he walked towards the Lookout entrance.

"How have you dudes and dudette been?" Jake asked.

"Great!" They all said in unsion.

"Hello Jake, hello Everest." Ryder said while exiting the Lookout. "You all ready to party?" Ryder added. He received howls in return from the pups which gave him the answer he was looking for.

"Then what are we waiting for." Ryder spoke while getting on his four-wheeler, the reast of them followed suit and they headed to town hall.

"Chickaletta, are you excited for the party." The Mayor asked her purse chicken and received some excited "bwaks" from the chicken.

"The guest will be arriving soon." The mayor spoke to herself.

The Mayor walked outside the town hall to see how the decorations where coming along, to her surprise the decorations where complete, and most importantly the Paw Patrol had just arrived. "Hello Ryder, Hello pup's glade to see you could make it before the party had started, I need to talk to you Ryder." The Mayor spoke.

"What do You need to talk about?" The boy responded trying to think of conversation ahead and what it could be about.

"I know I told you where you are going but I don't recall ever telling you how to get there." The Mayor answered.

"Don't worry me and Rocky have done some research on Barkingburg and how to get there, we will take the Paw Patroller, we should arrive tomorrow morning, we already have the directions programmed to Robo-Dog." The boy responded.

"That's great, and look the guests are arriving!" The Mayor said excited as she headed towards the stage, the Paw Patrol turned around to see the people of Adventure Bay arriving.

"Shall we start partying." Everest spoke. As she had said that they all looked at one and other then started to assemble into their own little groups.

More people started to arrive overtime, everyone was having fun and enjoying the activities, but before long it came time for the Mayor and the people of Adventure Bay to tell the Paw Patrol good bye.

"Attention, everyone it's sad to say but it's time to tell the Paw Patrol farewell!" The Mayor announced through the microphone on the stage.

The party instantly went quite as everyone put their attention on the Paw Patrol, the all said their good byes some even hugged Ryder or pet the pups, The Paw Patrol said all their good byes then entered the Paw Patroller to begin there vacation with a "Road Trip!"
