A person is never truly alone, alone is more of a feeling that varies from person to person whether you feel at peace when alone or like their is no hope left to heal the persistent void of loneliness, both feel so far yet are overcome by the master...
__________Initiation,a word derived from the latin verb initiate. The word is often used to signify the beginning of something, a right of passage into a group or society but for Arsenio Sinclair he didn't have the privilege of being accepted into this so called society that was founded amongst Atlanta and the people that lived there.
If you asked him if he had expected that response he would have said something along the lines of "yes, I mean they've lived in accompany for who knows how long" but that didn't mean that the twelve year old truly commit to the idea that it took time to make friends and create bonds.
A child's mind is creative in so many ways but not all are the pretty picture type you would expect, for Arsenio his mind worked fast, Faster than he could comprehend at times. He was an over-thinker.
His mind would re-play his worries on overdrive, a constant reminder that he should be afraid, afraid that he wasn't good enough, afraid that his father was never coming back and afraid that he was truly alone in this world.
