As IceTree flew through the cold, and dark rain, she know she had to get to her egg if it was to survive in this cold weather, so she flew as hard as she could. When she got there to the clearing were the egg was she saw that her egg hatched, and that her dragonet and she was siting there shivering. So IceTree walked over to her little dragonet and tucked her under her wing.
"Your name will be... RainForest" IceTree whispered.
All of the sudden a twig snapped just behind the clearing. IceTree picked her head up and looked. An blurred outline of a small dragon scurried across the the trees, and then a small head poked out of the trees and said
"Mom? Are you ok? Were is the egg? Did it hatch? Can I come over and sit next to you? Its so cold. Are you---"
IceTree cut her off "I'm ok. The egg hatched. You can come and lay next to me and help keep your knew sister warm. Did you get food? I could not get any because of males who beat me too all the elk and dear."
Her other daughter, DoveGem came over and tossed her two deer and she ate them fast so no one else would come and eat the deer.
Then DoveGem came over and laid down next to IceTree and opened her wing and curled it as though a small cradle and baby RainForest craled into the small cradle and started to shiver
"Come closer to keep her warm."
IceTree said firmly but kindly to DoveGem who scooted over to her and then out of no were the rain stopped! And for know every thing was good.
