A dream or a daydream?

Third person's POV:

It's been months now since Len and her family moved to another place, since then Len had always felt lonely, she would space a lot more than she used to, it was difficult to adjust, and making new friends wasn't the easiest, but she hasn't fully understood her situation yet, she knows she felt sad but doesn't know why, she's thinking of too much things at the moment.

Today she's at school spacing out again, after she snapped out of it she looked up to the blackboard to try and focus, but all of a sudden the place looked different, her eyes widened noticing how the room looks like the exact same room she used to study at. 'The students, the teacher.. they all looked like "them" ' she thought referring to her past classmates and teacher, the student beside her noticed how shocked Len looked. "Hey, are you alright?" Asked her classmate, Len then immediately looked at her classmate who asked. "Uh- oh.. I'm alright." She said noticing how the room changed back to what it originally looked like, along with her classmates and teacher, she shrugged it off thinking she's just sleep deprived and continue to focus on the lesson.

After school

She was once again alone walking at the sidewalk making her way back to her house, she stared at the ground and sighed. 'I miss walking with my friends..' she thought followed by more thoughts until she spaced out, only to snap out after she felt her head bumped into something or someone, she immediately looked up to see a taller man that looked familiar to her. 'He looks so much like him!..' she thought. "Oh I'm sorry-.." she got cut off after seeing the place..

It happened again, the place, the ground, the road, everything.. looked like the place she moved from, she stepped back a little, she was confused to what's happening, was it just coincidence? Did the place really looked the same and she's just very spaced out to notice? But how about the guy? He looked exactly like 'him'! Questions flooded her head and it only stopped once the tall guy spoke.

"Hey, are you alright miss?" Asked the tall guy. ".. Yeah, I'm fine." Len answered. "I'm sorry for bumping into you sir.." she added but the guy just smiled. "It's alright!" He said politely. "Oh.. ok.. then I'll get going now sir.." Len said awkwardly before walking again, once she was far enough she sighed from relief, she gets very nervous even though she was just talking to a stranger, she also noticed how strange it was cause after the tall guy asked her if she was alright the guys face changed and the place changed back as well, it was very confusing and in the end Len just chose to think that she just miss the place and that she's just sleep deprived.

After she finally made it at home, she opened the door and the light as it was dark, no one is home yet... she then froze. "Did mom changed the furniture positions or something?.." Len whispered all confused and trying to deny or find a reason to why the place looked like their past house, she blinked twice and even rubbed her eyes, before the place went back to what it looked like.. in the end she gave up denying and making reasons. 'Is there something wrong with me?? Why do I kept seeing strange visions about the old place we lived at?.. maybe I'm really just sleep deprived, I slept at 5am so yeah.. probably the reason..' she thought before going to her room, changing her clothes and flopping onto her bed she took her phone and opened her chats, she chatted on the GC she made for her friends from the place she used to live at... No one answered, she waited a little more and still, no one answered or even seen the message. ' They're probably busy right now, I shouldn't bother them' she thought while smiling a bit.

She placed her phone down on the bed and looked around. 'Actually.. everyone is probably busy, and I'm just in my break time or something' Len thought before chuckling. 'i guess.. I'm lucky.. then.." she thought once again before putting her blanket around her. "annnddd I should probably sleep even if it's way too early so i won't get any strange visions anymore." She said before closing her eyes and falling asleep.

Tommorow

Len slowly opened her eyes, she woke up because of the loud noises she's hearing, probably kids playing around, she looked around still haft asleep, she got up and looked at her phone. "7am? Early!." She said surprised, she looked around once again and blinked twice before she could notice that something's off. "..." She stayed silent for a moment. "It's.. happening again.." she said before rubbing her eyes hoping it'll go back to what it looks like again.. and it didn't, her eyes widened she did it again and it still didn't change, she immediately stood up, she opened the door and the place looked exactly like their past house, she then proceeds to look at each room and surprisingly everyone else was up, she felt extremely happy, she then ran downstairs and it felt different, she's happy to be back.. she looked everywhere, her parents and siblings were there doing what they used to do, her siblings are playing games, her mom cooking breakfast and her dad looking at a newspaper, she then went to their backyard, they have a lot of neighbors, and for some reason it seems a bit dark despite it being 7am, their houses are literally besides one another so they can see their neighbors there or In front as they're in a compound.

Len looked at the side and saw her best friends, they waved their hands at her while smiling, they made a gesture telling her to meet at the front, Len nodded then walked back in the house and looked around the house while making her way to the front door, she then opened the front door and went outside. 'So it was a nightmare all along?.. heh..' she thought while looking around, the place was wide and memories starts to play in her mind, the time they were all laughing and having fun and even the time where she secretly cries with one of her friends while star gazing, every piece of the memory she made there was very precious to her, how bad it might be, it still is precious..

Once her three friends are in front of her, without noticing she started crying uncontrollably, her friend's face changed from happy to worried. "Hey, what's wrong?" Asked Fei the one in the middle, "Yeah, are you okay??" The smallest one asked, aysha. But Len didn't answer, she couldn't answer, instead she just kept crying, she covered her face with her hands and she slowly fell on her knees then end up seated on the ground. The tallest one just frowned. "Len.." Kris called out before she went and hugged Len and the other two hugged her as well. "You know you can always tell me about your problems, right?" Fei said while patting Len's back, she sure was the one Len tells her problems to most of the time.

Len didn't say anything, and it didn't matter, it was tears of joy and mixture of how she felt in her nightmare, she had wished they could always stay like that and that she wouldn't get any horrible nightmare ever again. "There isn't anything wrong..with me.. right?" Len finally spoke as she had stopped crying... But she didn't receive any answers..

All of a sudden... It became very quiet..and Len also noticed how the arms that's wrapped around her.. the weight of it... Disappeared... She got confused so she uncovered her face only to see her blanket that her mother bought in her nightmare was on her lap... She looked around and saw the place she saw in her dream, the place where she sleeps at.. she looked down at her lap and touched the blanket.. tears started falling again, she noticed it when drops fell on the blanket, she then gripped on the blanket, she sighed and said with a shaky voice, followed by a sad chuckle.

"Oh... it's just a dream.."
