Sisters!?

“Looks like my sisters are here.” Lizzie said, unbuckling and getting out of the car. Scarlett followed suit and exited the car and headed to Rose’s side of the car opening the door. Scarlett grabbed Rose out of the car while Lizzie was unbuckling Luna. They all walked into the house and found the twins sitting on the couch watching TV. The twins looked over at the door and immediately noticed the smaller girl in their sister’s arms.
“Hey Liz, who is the little girl?” MK questioned.

“This little girl is Luna. She had nowhere to go so me and Scarlett decided to bring her home with us.” Lizzie explained calmly. The twin looked at her funny but nodded, they went over to Lizzie to meet the little girl.

“Hey Luna my name’s Mary-Kate.” MK said. Luna looked over and waved at her, whispering a small hello.

“Hey I’m Ashley.” Ashley said after MK, Luna looked at her confused trying to figure out why she said her name was Ashley when she just said it was Mary-Kate.

“Right Luna these are my sisters they’re twins so they look similar.” Lizzie said, picking up on the look of confusion. Luna nodded before laying her head on Lizzie’s shoulder, Luna slowly started to fall asleep while Lizzie and the twins caught up. Luna was almost fully asleep when Rose came running into Lizzie’s legs.

“Mama mommy wants you.” Rose said.

“Okay Hun, can you stay with Luna, she is sleeping.” Lizzie said, placing Luna on the couch.

“Yeah.” Rose ran to Luna and sat by her head. She lifted her head and placed it on her lap, lightly running her hand through Luna’s hair. The twins sat in silence as Rose nurtured the younger girl, they watched and were shocked by how they acted even if they weren’t blood related they could pull off as sisters to a random stranger. When Lizzie returned with Scarlett they teared up at the sight they were looking at. The twins got up from the table and went to the front door leaving the family to be. It was Luna and Rose cuddled up on the couch, Rose was playing with her hair while Luna was sleeping peacefully on her chest. Scarlett turned the TV on for Rose and put it at a low volume gaining Rose’s attention.

“Mommy come sit down.” Rose said, quietly.

“Me and mama are gonna start dinner soon so I would but I can’t.” Scarlett said. Rose pouted but nodded and focused back on the TV still playing with Luna’s hair. While Lizzie and Scarlett were cooking dinner Luna slowly awoke and started to panic but was instantly brought closer to Rose.

“Did you have a good nap Luna?” Rose asked, pushing Luna’s hair back.

“Yeah.” Luna said, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes. Rose carefully sat up on the couch and placed Luna on her lap towards the TV.

“This is called Paw Patrol, it's my favorite.” Rose explained to Luna who looked confused. Luna nodded and turned around on Rose’s lap so she was facing Rose. Rose looked down at Luna confused.

“Sleepy.” Luna mumbled from Rose’s shoulder.

“But you can’t go back to sleep yet mama and mommy are making dinner.” Rose said lightly, hoping to keep Luna awake.

“Go see?” Luna asked, looking up to Rose, she nodded and got up holding Luna’s hand. They walked into the kitchen and over to the stove where Lizzie was standing. Rose tapped Lizzie’s side, gaining her attention.

“Hey hun. Hey sweetheart, how was your nap?” Lizzie asked.

“Still sleepy.” Luna mumbled leaning towards Rose.
