So, since many years have passed, Haru could have moved on and found someone else to love, and the reason I say this because of Miyo, both have similar looks and appearance, but I don't think Haru would leave her own child, that seems very unlike her for a selfless girl who saves cats. I think Haru is actually Miyo's grandmother. It would make more sense in my opinion. Their sort of bad luck charm and comedy and bubbly like personality seems very similar too. So Haru having Miyo or Muge as her granddaughter isn't that unbelievable.

Another thing I realized, this is not really part of the theory I have but both girls used to have a crush on boys with black hair, yes used since miyo and hinode are technically going on a date at that point and you wouldn't really still call it a crush, and Haru moved on... weird to think about that to be honest 🤔
Another thing,
The cat miyo turns into is white with blue eyes, could it be one of the descendants of Prince Luna and Yuki? Maybe they gave up their cat form to be a human too.
