Chapter 6

"Avi, what time is it?" "Wait let me check my phone" "Okayyyy".

I grab my phone and check the time 6:00. "It's 6" "Oh" "We have 4 hours left before the party".

The kids are still watching the show. Eli is now changing into her clothes while the others are still busy in their hair and makeup.

Eli is wearing a black glittery dress and a high boots adding some accessories.

Yes, they take to long. I don't even know why.

After Eli changed Addi changes.

The kids are watching The Big Show.

"Avi, we need to talk" "What is it, Eli?". Eli suddenly grabs my hand and we left the room.

Eli's dragging me to my room.

2 minutes later

Eli locks the door as I walk to my bed and sit on it.

"Do you remember something from our night out?" "No, why?".

When I said those words Eli just sigh. "This is weird to ask but do you feel sick or nauseous every morning?" "No" "Alright but, I suggest you take a test" "What test?" "You know what it is" "Pregnancy test?" "Yes" "Fine, I'm sure it would be negative" "Let's see".

We left my room and went to her room.

Eli knew what happened at the party and the fact that her best friend, Avril and her cousin Ajax hooked up that night.

Eli secretly bought a pregnancy test for Avril.

She locks the door and grab the test from her drawer.

My jaw drop when she gave me the test. "Why do you have a test?".

I suspiciously ask. "Don't mind that just take it" "Fine". I grab the test from her hands and went to her bathroom.

I lock the door.

After that

I flush the toilet and wash my hands.

I came out from the bathroom. "So?" "Wait for a few minutes" "Okaaaay?".

I lay on the bed with Eli, waiting.

Okay, but for some reason the result is scaring me. I don't even know why.

1 minute later

I check the test and the result made my jaw drop. It's Positive.

"Avi, are you ok?" "No El..." "What's wrong?" "It's...Positive" "What?".

I handed the test to Eli and she grabs it. She checks the result.

Positive. "Omg!!! CONGRATS!!!!" "Your not mad?" "Why would I be mad?" "Cause I got pregnant" "I'm happy, 'cause I got to be the first one to know". We hug each other and I whisper "Thank You".

We cuddle for minutes till someone knocks on the door.

I got up and walk to the door unlocking it. The others were standing in front of the door.

"What happened?" "Aunt Milan!!!!" "Avi what?" "Are you pregnant?" "Yes, Addi".

When those words came out they immediately drop their jaws.

"OMG! Avril, what?!" "Are you joking?" "I'm not Addi" "How many weeks is it?" "I don't know...".

They gently slap their faces.

"When's the last time you did the deed?" "The last time we went to the club?".

Silence fills the room.

"Let's just go" "Alrighhht". Eli got up and I left the room.

We went downstairs the kids are already downstairs.

"What car are we going to use?" "The van" "Okay, where's the key?" "On the console" "Ok".

I look at the console and grab the keys. "Kids let's go to the car now" "Okay auntie!".

I grab my stuff and went to the car the kids are following me behind. I unlock the car and turn it on.

Denny opens the door behind and climbs in following Ali.

They sit behind my back. We waited for the others to finish.

A few minutes later

They all finished their business. Eli and Addi sat in the front with me.

While the others are sitting at the back. "How many tests did you take earlier, Av?" "1" "Oh god".

We all laugh and I start driving.

We arrive at the address and park the car.

After parking, we all climb out the car.

I hold the kids hands as we walk to the house.

Suddenly Ajax sits down beside me.

"Hey" "Oh Mr. Clyborne thank you for inviting us" "No problem anyway, when's your brother going to arrive?" "I don't know sir" "Okay".

He got up from his seat and left.

The others are staring at me with a smirk.

Milan got up from her seat and went to our table.

"Do you like Ajax?" "No, why?" "Liar, We see the way he looks at you" "What?".

She went back to their table.

Leaving me confuse.
