In the middle of a road, with forest surrounding it, we see a man with green hair, grey eyes, three gold earrings on his left ears, and is wearing a plain white shirt, black pants, a black bandanna tied around his left bicep. and a light-green haramaki sash that holds his three swords.
This man is known as Roronoa Zoro, age 19.

His master and childhood friend died when he was 11, his childhood friend— Kuina, being 12.
Zoro had the dream of becoming the strongest swordsman, the same goes for Kuina, despite being a girl. In fact that's her main driving point, she's a girl that wants to prove many males wrong, though the world is sometimes a cruel place, as she died, not even being able to take the first steps to realizing that dream. As a result, Zoro vowed that he will become the strongest swordsman for the both of them, as well as kill all demons to avenge them.
Zoro looked up to the sky and said
"tsk.. where the hell am I.. I thought that guy said it would be here somewhere.."
It was turning dusk, meaning the demons will be coming out.
"Oh well.. I've heard that there are some kind of demon slayer test, to get the blade I see them using... I'll just have to do it my way.."
As he said this two demons from the surrounding forest jumped him.
One demon tried to slash his upper body off, but Zoro just dodge him by crouching, as he crouched he put one sword -the Wado Ichimonji- in his mouth, the other demon tried to slice him in his crouched position, but Zoro jumped and equipped one -unnamed- sword in each hand.
He then said..
"Santoryu.." (Three swords style)
when he landed he yelled..
"Tatsu Maki!!"
Zoro spins with his swords and created a dragon-like tornado that both slashes and blows away the demons, they where weak so unlike the 12 kizukis, they did not have though skin or super fast regeneration ability. As the other two demons have a hard time regenerating another batch of demons appear and try to kill Zoro, but the same happens all the time; Zoro cuts their Legs and arms off then their head. He repeats this process until the sun comes up..
This is what Zoro has been calling training for the past 3 years, when he started his journey to become the strongest swordsman, he took 5 years to master No swords style, two swords style, and create a rough idea for three sword style; his own style. As he trains he uses the opportunity to kill demons and hone his skills.
