In the MV, Minseo spends the day at home and working at a nearby diner. Along with the MV for "#Self_Trip", the singer-songwriter also shared a message, saying, "The time spent home alone has gotten longer. A sense of isolation from the world, so I was lonely. No, maybe I don't hate this situation. I find unexpected parts of myself again."
She continued, "Thoughts are proportional to time. Worries always repeat. Who I am, what I am, what I like, and what I did well. What do you want to do? I'm the one who always thinks like that. Why do you think this? I ask myself. Where is my essence. I'm starting to wonder more."
