How it all began

"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you by the court of law. You have the right to speak to an attorney, and to have an attorney during any questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one would be provided for you at government's expenses." I said as I hand-cuffed the drug dealer I've been tracking down for months. He stayed down on his position as I called for back up.

Unfortunately, the back-up caused too much commotion and caught the attention of the media. The latter came running with cameras, of course.

The cameras soon rolled while I put the drug-dealer to the police car. "And the one responsible for the capture of the notorious drug dealer, Lyon Vastia. Senior Police officer Heartfilia Lucy!! Officer, tell me, how did you find him?"

And then I got bombarded by questions.

"Did you have some source?". "Do you have the evidences?". "Is someone else included?". "How many months have you been chasing him?"

I have no plan to answer any of these questions. They seem too classified.

"I'm sorry but I will not answer any of your questions." I said, almost nonchalantly. I walked towards the police car. Lyon looked at me with pure angst.

"I will be out of here before you know it, and you better watch out." He threatened. "I'm gonna be watching you."

"I don't think you're gonna be able to do that in jail." I mocked.

"Nice Job, Lucy!" Gray said as he shut the door, also shutting up Lyon. "We'll be going now. See ya' tomorrow?"

Gray has his normal aura. That cool and relaxed aura. I know because he's been my partner in crime for years. Or should I say, partner against crime. He has his raven hair spiked up.

"Yeah." I said as I fixed my uniform.

I watched as they drove away. I took a deep breath and looked up. I walked towards my car, still looking up.

"LU-CHAAAAAAN!!" A soft voice squealed in excitement. I turned around to see a blue haired maiden.

Levy. She's been my best-friend for as long as I can remember. We used to read books together as teenagers. She also always adored my long blonde hair. She is a book nerd. She probably knows about every book in existence.

"Levy-chan?" I said, opening the car door. "Lu-chan, Oh my Gooooo-" Levy shrieked. "You're gonna be on T.V.?! I saw cameras earlier!!".

"I don't know." I replied. "I didn't answer any of their questions so what's the point?"

I opened the car door for her. "Okay, Okay. If you didn't answer any of their questions, then tell me what happened." She said, her eyes sparkling.

"Okay, It all started like this..."

~~~~~ Natsu's P.O.V. ~~~~~
Yawn. I grunted as I stood up. I groggily walked towards the bathroom. I leaned towards the sink and began washing my face. I looked up the mirror and ruffled my salmon colored hair. My eyes were all blood-shot. I closed my eyes for a moment but opened it almost immediately. I turned around. I'm pretty sure that someone is there. I slid behind the bathroom door. I looked in my room and...
"BOO!!" A deep voice shouted. I jump up in shock.
"Stop doing that, Leo." I frowned at him. That was actually not funny and he almost gave me a heart attack.
Leo looked totally wrecked. His normal brown spikes are shaggy and he's reeking of alcohol. He leaned against my bed.
"Ohohoho!! D'ya know? Little Lyon's been captured? And also.. He's been single-handedly caught by a lady police officer!!" He laughed heartily.
He's totally drunk. Lyon? The most hidden and mysterious guy, captured? And to add to that, by a girl? There's no way that this is true.
"You're crazy." I said, irritated. "You're really drunk aren't you?"
"I'm drunk." He laughed. I raised an eyebrow. "But it's true." He continued, guffawing. I scratched my hair in mere irritation.
"I'm going." I said as I grabbed my leather jacket.
"Where?" Leo pouted.
"Café. I'm so hung over. I need to get this alcohol out of my system. You drive me insane." I said, walking towards the door.
"Be careful. A girl might come and arrest you!!" He said in a joking tune.
I looked at him in disbelief and disdain.
"Just kidding. Just be careful." He said.
"I always am." I said as I exited the building.
It was a sunny day. I sat down in the café. I was sitting near the wooden counter.
"A... Cappuccino please? With extra caffeine." I said after skimming the menu.
Cappuccino is my absolute favorite.
"Coming right up!!" The barista said. After a minute he came back, holding a cup.
"A cappuccino with extra caffeine, sir." He said, handing me the cup. I took 5 dollars and put it in the counter.
"Keep the change." I said as I drank the cappuccino.
"Breaking News!! The notorious drug-dealer Lyon Vastia has been sent to jail this morning. For more information, here's Jenny."
"Yes. Lyon has indeed been captured." And the camera focused on the man. I raised my eyebrows in recognition.
"No... Way..." I unconsciously whispered. It really is Lyon. But... How? It blew my guts out. It's impossible... Really?
"And the one responsible for the capture of the notorious drug dealer, Lyon Vastia. Senior Police officer Heartfilia Lucy!! Officer, tell me, how did you find him?"
And then she got bombed by countless questions.
"I'm sorry but I will not answer any of your questions." She said, with no emotion. Then she walked away. I kept thinking about her cold shoulder.
So... Lyon's really been captured. And by a girl too. Heartfilia...
'Ring-Ring!' My phone went.
"Hello?". "Dragneel, come to the house.". "Oka-". "Right now."
'BEEEEEEEEEEEP'
I shot up and walked towards the door, leaving an unfinished cup of cappuccino. I rode my motorcycle and went to the caller's house. I know exactly where he is.
There I stood, by the doorstep. I rang the doorbell. No answer. I rang again. No answer. I looked around and took the key from the door frame. I opened the door and looked around.
"Natsu." A cold voice said. "Nice to have you to come in such a short notice."
"Zeref. What do you want?" I said in a very casual voice. I looked around and saw several familiar faces. I sat on a chair directly facing Zeref.
The atmosphere was grim. No one dared to make a sound.
"Aw. Surely you have heard of Lyon, really... I expect you to." He said, almost inaudible, his voice deadly. His gaze piercing through mine.
"I have." I sighed. "What do you want me to do about it?"
He chuckled. His cold grey eyes locked onto mine.
"Easy. A very easy task especially for you, honestly. The police officer, Heartfilia. I need you to take care of her. We are getting Lyon out of there and she is a threat." He said as his voice lowered, deadlier than ever. "And you know what we do about threats."
"I understand." I said.
