Chapter 8

Severus was watching students make potions, when Harry ran into his classroom with a toy wand. "Look, I am wizard like you daddy!" Harry started calling him daddy after he heard Draco calling Lucius Pappa, and that brought up what they call Sev. "You have a kid Professor Snape?" A fifth year Slytherin asked shocked. "What whore did he have to obliviate to do that." A Gryffindor said making the rest of the house laugh. "Daddy, they aren't being nice." Harry crawled into Severus's lap and pointed at the Gryffindors. "No, they are not. You know what, why don't we see if they can make a proper potion." Severus had Harry sit in his chair and walked over to the Gryffindor's table. "Despicable, you have made a mess of the potion. You turned the heat down to early." Snape sneered at the boy and then gave him detention with Filch. "Daddy, what are they making?" Harry looked at the book and then the board. "They are making a blood replenishing potion." Harry looked at the girls in the front row, on the Slytherin side. "Can I help?" One of the girls looked at the Professor. "We're done Professor Snape." Snape took their potion and gave them a small cauldron and child safe potion to make with Harry. "I can help make a potion! I can be like Daddy!" Harry was happy he was helping stir and cut, with child safe knife. "Stir the potion now." One of the boys said kindly, Harry smiled at him and stirred the potion, making it turn the light blue it was supposed to be. "Look, I did it, Daddy!" Harry pointed to the potion he made and the girls he was sitting with were clapping and congratulating him. "You did so well." One girl gave him a high five and one more gave him a big hug, the boy who helped bottled up his potion. "The best potion ever made in this class." Harry was beaming with pride. "You did so good son." Severus helped his son down. "Would you like to dismiss class with me?" Harry nodded enthusiastically. "Class dismissed." Harry said after his daddy told him what to say. Harry had come a long way and loved to do potions and play games, he and Draco were thick as thieves, always playing pranks, just like James. "Can we play with Pappa and Draco?" Harry asked and Severus led him back to their rooms. "Dray!" "Har!" The two boys ran to their room and played a game of wizard king, where they were kings in the wizarding world and ruled over their land, the elves helped make a castle for the boys. "I made a potion like Daddy." Harry told Draco all about the potion lesson and how some students helped him make a potion. "Sounds like you had fun taking over Daddy's class." Lucius kissed the top of Harry's head. "I got to dismiss the class, Pappa!" Harry was scooped up by Lucius and brought to the table. "Really?" Draco was sad but he was promised to be in Sev's next class while Harry went with Lucius to see Ameilia Bones. "Who is that Pappa?" Lucius told Harry that she was a nice lady, and she would help him and Remus and Sirius. Harry liked Remus, he brought chocolate every time he visited them. "I like Remus!" Both boys said at the same time. "Can I ware robes like Daddy's?" Harry asked looking at his daddy. "I can shrink some of my cloaks for you." Draco wanted to ware one of Sev's cloaks too and he and Harry went to get them after lunch. "You know, you might lose all your cloaks, right?" Lucius chuckled at his mate. "If makes them happy, then I am all for it." Sev loved the laughter and smiles of his sons. "Look I am the scary potions master!" Harry ran over to Severus. "You have made a good potion, but I make them better." Draco said looking at an imaginary cauldron. "Ten points to Slytherin!" Harry said and he and Draco fell into a fit of giggles. "Come on my potion masters, one of you has a class to teach. Draco make sure Daddy doesn't blow up a cauldron." Lucius said and Severus shoved him. "I think we need to go to work, right Harry." Harry nodded and wore the shrink robes and grabbed his Pappa's hand. At the ministry many people greeted them, and Harry was getting scared. "Okay, people leave him alone." Lucius would hex anyone who tried to stop them, all the people were starting to scare Harry. When they got to Bones's office, she had them sit down. "Would you like a sweet Harry?" She held out a small bowl of candies. "Pick one Harry, it's okay." Harry picked a butterbeer flavored candy bar. "Well, Albus is being investigated and the Dursleys are on their way to Azkaban, the boy is living with his Aunt Marge, but she shouldn't have a child either. The muggle law enforcement won't listen to us." Ameilia was pulling out a file. "This is list of everything Albus has done to Harry since he was one and I hate to think what would have happened had he been left with those awful muggles." Ameilia had a niece Harry's age and she thought it could have been her, that all this had happened to. "There is a trial set for him, and Sirius will have one in a couple of weeks, your family is invited to come. I know that he is Harry's godfather, but you and your husband will still have full custody since the adoption." Lucius sighed in relief; Severus would be overjoyed that Harry would remain with them. "Well, that is all, I hope to see you at the trial. Lucius, you might want to explain this to Mr. Lupin." Ameilia gave him a file on Sirius's arrest. "A bogus arrest?" Lucius wondered what it all meant. "Albus had him arrested, but there was no trial and no evidence of wrongdoing." Lucius nodded and picked up his son. "Ready to see if Draco stopped Daddy from blowing up a cauldron?" Harry laughed and nodded. "Alright, next stop, home!" Harry smiled brightly; his green eyes shined brighter. "Well, Daddy didn't blow up cauldron. Someone from Ravenclaw did." Draco said and then he dragged Harry to their room to play with their toys. "Did something happen at the meeting?" Lucius gave Severus the file. "Albus did this?" Lucius nodded. "We need to give this to Remus and then maybe Fenrir can protect Sirius as a member of the pack." Severus's mind was spinning at lightning speed. "I have great news." Lucius stopped his love's pacing. "We will have full custody of Harry, even after Sirius's release." Severus kissed Lucius. "Really? We really get to keep our sons?" Lucius nodded and was kissed again by his very happy husband. The small family made dinner together and Harry and Draco helped by pointing out the colors of the fruits and vegetables used. After they ate it was bath time and then bedtime, which was good because both boys were tired and went to sleep as soon as their heads hit the pillows. "Goodnight little ones." Severus and Lucius gave them each a kiss goodnight. The small family fell asleep comfortably and happily, knowing that Albus Dumbledore wasn't in the castle. Albus had been banned, during his investigation and Minerva was acting headmistress of the school. Sirius was brought out of cell and given time to heal his mind for trial, so that he wasn't too crazy to stand trial. All in all, a good day.
