"What do you think you're doing?" Stella sneered.
'Well, there goes trying to get along.' Both of them thought as it was clear that their relationship would be a war zone of dominance. Neither was willing to submit without a fight. Or so they thought.
"I'm teaching you you're place, little one." Marvolo smirked at her confused face.
"My place?" Quinn questioned with a frown.
"You think that just because I desire you as my partner, you can control me? Then let me tell you, no one can control me, so don't think you're capable." Marvolo leaned down just a tad. "Though I am willing to compromise."
"Compromise?" Stella asked with clear interest.
"Mhm." Marvolo grabbed her wrists with one hand and the other caressed her face.
"How?" Quinn couldn't help but lean into his hand, enjoying the way his hand felt on her skin.
"I'm aware that being in control is a part of you, just like it is of me. So, I'm willing to let you dominate me in private, but only if you submit to me in front of my followers." Marvolo bit her neck, trying to persuade her into accepting his offer.
"I- I'm not surrendering in front of my family. I'm not letting them think that you have me terrified of you." Stella glanced into his eyes.
"In front of your family, we'll be equals than." Marvolo suggested as he leaned back and observed the hickey that he formed on his little one's skin.
"Ok, then I guess we have an agreement, my lord." Stella taunted.
"Don't think I have forgotten how we get here. You are going to tell me why you were all bruised up, and I'm not taking a no as answer." Marvolo smirked.
"It's not important, I'm alright now." Stella looked away, not capable of holding his gaze any longer.
"If by alright you mean that you always have marks all over your petite body, then you're perfectly fine. But, sadly for you I'm aware that's not true, so start talking." Marvolo demanded.
"I- ok." Quinn looked tired, like she just wanted to get the conversation over with. "Can you let me go?" The witch gestured towards her pinned arms.
"Don't run away, I'll catch you if you try." Marvolo warned, but to be honest the young women hadn't planned on doing so.
"Well, I went to a party with a few friends and..................... to bed with someone." Stella cautiously told him, it's not like she had done something wrong, the contract didn't start until their marriage bond was settled.
Marvolo clenched his jaw, yet gestured her to continue, completely aware of the same thing: Stella hadn't betrayed him since there wedding hadn't taken place yet.
"Anyways, when I was leaving, I received a hit on the back of my head and heard my partner for the night say something like 'I got her, boss' before I lost consciousness. When I regained it, I was tied to a chair, and Dumbledore was sitting in front of me.
'He wanted me to give him and his followers access to your manor, because they think I'm living with you already."
"Why would they think that?" Marvolo interrupted.
"Because they ordered me to gain information on you and give it, not that I did." Stella admitted before continuing. "When I told them this, they didn't like it one bit, and well this is my punishment for refusing to comply."
"Why didn't you give them the information they asked?" Marvolo asked quietly after a few moments of silence.
"Why do you think?" Quinn gazed straight into his eyes.
"I have an idea, but............" Marvolo trailed off.
"The Potters aren't exactly my family. Relatives by blood? Sure, but family? Not in a million years." Stella confessed. "Ever since you attacked on that saminah night they ignored me even more than they already did. Uncle Peter took me with Sirius and Remus, and I have lived with them ever since. That family has never cared about me, and they never will, but don't worry too much, the feelings mutual."
Even though those were the green-eyes witch's words, Marvolo could see the sadness in her eyes, and knew that she just wanted to understand why they neglected her. Unfortunately, Lord Slytherin would disappoint his little one, because not even he knew the answer to that.
"I didn't attack." Lord Voldemort admitted.
