Today is Friday, the day of my sleepover with Morgan. I'm at school right now in lunch. Peter asked if I wanted to sit with him and his friends and I wanted so bad to say no, but, I didn't want to be rude. So, now I am sitting across from Peter and Ned.

Ned seems to be really excited and I can only guess that Peter told him about his crush. MJ is cool. But, she also seems to not fully like me. She likes Peter. It's also obvious. They'd be really cute together, but, Peter wants someone he ain't gonna get.

"Lilith." Peter calls.

"Hmm."

"Nevermind."

"K."

I look away and down at my phone. Wonder what he was going to say? I made Pietro take a picture with me a few days ago. I'm looking at it right now. It's cute.

Pietro gave me his number and I texted him at the beginning of lunch. We've been talking back and forth all day, except for when I'm in class, so that I can focus.

"Who are you smiling at?" MJ asks.

"A friend." I smirk.

"Who is it?" Peter asks.

"Can't say."

"You and your secrets." Ned says.

"Yup."

I laugh and get another message from Pietro.

-Lunch almost over?

Yeah. Why?-

-turn around

"What?" I ask myself.

I look around until I see a door and Pietro standing in the doorway.

"Holy shit." I laugh.

"What?" Peter asks.

I get up and go to the door way.

"What are you doing here?" I laugh.

"I wanted to see you." He smirks.

"This is so cool. I don't know why."

"Because I'm here."

"Yeah, that's why."

I look back at my seat and see Peter looking at me. Upset. I turn back to Pietro and smile.

"How'd you escape without Wanda stopping you?"

"Just ran before she could hear what I was thinking."

"Glad you did."

"Me too."

We talk for a little. I can't get rid of my smile. Then, the damn bell rings.

"Damnit." I whisper.

"That sucks."

"Yes. It does. I'll see you in a few hours, though."

"Yes, you will." He smirks and runs away.

I laugh and go back to clean my trash. My class with Peter comes around and he takes his seat next to me.
