Derek Vs [Fn]

A week later

It had been a week since the match between me and Derek was announced I began putting in the hour ready for tonights match with high stakes as I get into my new ring gear. "You ready for the match" Cody asked me as I didn't answer as I just keep focused on the match at hand. As I walk out ready to enter the ring I feel a pair of hands rest on my back as I look back and see Becky.

"Go and win" Becky tells me with a smile as I kiss her before walking out to the ring while everyone watched me the ring was surrounded by weapons for the match. I saw steel chairs, tables, ladders, crowbars, thumb tacks, glass and much more as I soon look at Derek who was not happy but as we step in front of each other before the bell rings.

The match

I quickly tackle Derek to the ground and begin to unload on him with my fists until he rolls us over allowing him to unload on me our fight was basic fight until I push him away and get up as he charged at me. I counter with a suplex as he is tossed into the corner and I run at him with a knee over and over before letting him stand up only to deliver a superkick knocking him over the ropes to the outside. I run at the ropes and suicide dive at Derek causing us both to crash into the barricade but I quickly got back to my feet while watching him laying on the floor before going for a weapon.

I pick up the steel chair ready to strike Derek as he used the barricade to stand up and turn round which ends with his face meeting steel to which I continue my assult as the steel chair bends as I drop it and throw Derek back into the ring. I quickly run into the ring however Derek managed to recover quickly and hits me with a knee strike as I lay on the mat while he goes outside the ring to grab a crowbar before re-entering the ring ready to strike. As I was got back to my feet and turn round I soon saw Derek come running at me with the crowbar and duck underneath followed by a springboard causing Derek to drop the crowbar.

I grab the crowbar and smack it across his back before dropping it to go for a pin but I only got a 2 count as Derek kicks out and I go to the corner and ready to hit him with my finisher. Derek gets up as I charge at him but he counters me into a DDT before rolling out the ring to grab another weapon this time it was 4x4 with barbwire wrapped around hit as I got to my hands and knees he quickly re-enters before smashing the weapon on my back as the thick, heavy wood knocks me back to the ground while the sharp, cold metal cut my skin causing blood to pour. "Get up" Derek says as I begin to get up as he smack me again cutting my back even more as before drops the weapon and grabs another weapon before re-entering the ring and pulls handcuffs from his trunks as I am soon handcuffed to the ring ropes with Derek holding a kendo stick.

"You wanted this" Derek told me as he smacks me over the head repeatedly and soon my face was beginning to bleed as he smiled before dropping the kendo stick and begins to punch my head over and over as I am soon hanging from the ropes as Derek unlocks the cuffs and pulls me to the middle of the ring for a pin. 1...2... but I quickly kick out shocking everyone as Derek gets frustrated and gets out the ring and grabs a bag of thumb tacks as I struggle to get up as Derek spreads the thumb tacks as he gets me up before putting me in a powerbomb position but I fight out of it and ram him into the corner. As I punch him against the corner I noticed the tacks and place him on the top rop before climbing up and prepare to suplex him as I climb to the top rop for maximum height as I suplex him on to the tacks with full force and a loud thud as I stumble against the corner and taunt him to stand as he did and I rush at him and give him my finisher as I quickly go for a weak cover.

1...2...3 and with that the match was over I rolls off Derek and struggle to stand as blood pours from my head and my arm is raised in victory. "Your winner [YRN]" the ring annoncer says as I hear the crowd cheer and I smile before grabbing a microphone to speak. "With this AEW is 1-0 but also Roman watch out because I'm coming for that universal title" I say before getting out the ring and walk towards the back but I struggle as I see Becky and the other AEW superstars come out to help me before disappearing backstage where I quickly see Vince walk over to me.

"You have some nerve saying that when no one even put a title shot on the line" Vince tells me trying to protect his champs from AEW but I shut him down quick. "Actually Vince you did and all the fans plus the whole of AEW heard you so shove your little excuse up you old ass" I tell him seeing the anger on his face as I smile before Shahid walks over proud of my win. "He is correct Vince you and I agreed to that but I see you only said that because you believed you guy would win" Shahid says as I chuckle a little while Becky does the same.

"It's ok Shahid he is just showing his fear that AEW will destroy WWE after all Vince is past his prime you know what I liked most about WWE" I say as Vince was angry but looks at me. "What" Vince asked as I smiled. "I liked the attitude era mainly the part where you were Stone Cold Steve Austin's bitch" I told him as everyone broke out laughing as I smile at him with Vince only getting more angry as he storms away and head to the doctor for a patch up.
