It was Valentine's day and you were working the nightshift, you didn't want to work on a holiday because you planned on staying home, although there was a certain someone waiting to give you a Valentine's day gift.
Later on during the shift, you were about to start getting ready to leave when you heard a familiar voice-
"Hmmm I wonder who oh who could possibly be here on this wonderful night on this wonderful holiday? Perhaps a Valentine? For meeee???"
It was Sundrop, he was skipping around until he saw you and gasped,
"SUNRAY!!!!"
he yelled as he ran towards you and hugged you, you laughed a little and hugged him back,
"Hello sunny!" You said with a smile
Sundrop grabbed your hand gently and kissed it,
"I have a present for you my favorite star!" You blushed as he said that and asked, "And what would that be???" Sundrop then took your hand again, "close your eyes!" He said practically overheating in happiness, "Okay!" You said as you laughed a little and shut your eyes, Sundrop then placed (
[Flower of choice] in your hand and closed your hand. "Okayyyy- now open!!"
You opened your eyes and hand as you blushed and put the flower in your hair, then kissing his cheek, "Thank you sunny! I love you!" Sundrops chest started glowing red from overheating so much as the spikes on his head spinned, "O-of course dear! I love you too! A-and Don't even mention it!" He struggled getting words out with how flustered he was, "what do you think of maybe doing a little cuddling hm?" You asked as you smiled at him, your cheeks tinted a reddish pink, "Sure!" Sundrop said without hesitation, he then cooled down his chest and picked you up bridal style as he brought you to a little pillow fort he made in the daycare, he then placed you down on a beanbag and laid besides you,
"Isn't this amazing my beautiful/handsome star?" He said as he snuggled close to you
"Mhm!" You said tiredly,
Sundrop looked at you, "is someone tired?"
"Ah- yeah kinda" you said with a yawn
Sundrop kissed your forehead and snuggled you again. " You can sleep you know, silly" you yawned again and nodded your head half awake as you fell asleep
"I love you starlight" Sundrop whispered before powering off/ falling asleep
