I don't own these characters. Any resemblance to real life is only but a coincidence.

Down in the northern Hausa land, I met a man first in my life. 24th October 1966, late in the night the robbers came. I shouted and pleaded but all in vain. It fell on deaf ears. My husband was killed in front of me. Oh no! Comfort me not. Tell me not darling don't cry, all my children weeping and crying around their mother, clothed in fear. Without no pity, they dragged them all. And killed them all in front of me. Dig the ground, let me die, bury myself is all I want. Without no husband, with no children. What am I living for. This is my misery.
This is the introduction to my book, its a short story but really touchy and emotional. I got the idea from a story my mom told me sometime ago. Please don't forget to vote.
