Cheiko was AFO's child before she ran away, she was also his favourite child gaining his quirk in hope of succeeding him. She ran away from him taking her Aoi with her when she was 10 months before her birthday. Leaving Shigiraki to fully take her place.
All users of AFO have a helper voice to guide them up until they reach 16 when they can choose to continue using the voice. They all have an inventory of the quirks they have and a history of them.
