Just Not Lovers

Till The End....

Morning she found herself alone in the bed under the cover. She had to get up to find him.

He was making tea and was still in a sore mood. She kept staring at him for seconds but he didn't look up.

She brushed and came back to the kitchen.

K : cofee is here...

So he didn't make her tea!!

T : you didn't made for me?

K : usually you created a fuss over tea. Morning you only like black coffee.

T: that never stopped you from making one extra cup for me.

He noticed she was extra sensitive, particularly from yesterday.

She had a crying face when she took the cup of water to heat for black coffee.

K : are you pmsing?

T: may be.

She said as she looked onto the ground randomly waiting for the hot water.

He silently watched her.

K : so what exactly got into you yesterday?

She started fumbling her fingers as she could feel his gaze on her.

T: ask me exactly?

K : let's start with the nri proposal or whatever it's.

T: it's nothing. My mom and aunt are after me to get married and settle down. According to them I'm at the perfect age.

K : why suddenly you took it out all yesterday.

T: I was just irritated. They want me to settle down and are thinking the guy is perfect cause he's 5 years senior.

K : you met him.?

He asked and it was clear he was shocked.

T: no.. I don't even know who that's.

K : why don't you share these things with me.

T: it literally happend day before.

K : what about the great lecture about that age thing.

T: I swear I didn't even remember we had it.

She looked at him helplessly. There was no way to defend it. She had been so comfortable with him that she didn't even remember what age they're.

K : don't try that cute face.

T: why?? it's not working? You don't find it cute anymore or what.

She said in frustration and he literally had to hide his smile at the reaction.

She took out the cup after mixing the coffee.

He walked to the balcony and she followed.

K : I'm not asking you to settle down nor put a pause on your career.

She looked upto him as she stopped half way when she was about to sip her coffee. She held the cup with both the hands always, he observed that.

K : sometimes I feel as if it's just me who wants a future together. I understand you trying to be practical but why I'm unable to?

He questioned.

T: did this happen earlier ever?

He moved his head in denial.

She just walked up and hugged him from behind.

They didn't stretch it. He dropped her at shoot and went for his own rehearsal.
