Love At Second Sight /Taekook

Chapter 2

It started with Taehyung rushing and scrambling for his keys. He got an...... alarming call.... He didn't know how to respond except rush out of bed, grab his jacket and keys, flew out the door. Slamming it behind him, not bothering to lock, as he was rushing, like the world was coming to an end.

Speeding to a hospital, sounds like anybody would do it, for a loved one, especially. That was exactly what Taehyung was doing. Because, it was his besties mother. He couldn't miss her under her special procedure. But, this had failed. And, she has gone into cardiac arrest, which the doctors were doing their best, but to no avail. 

Taehyung arrived in no time, as he was just as worried and scared as Jimin. He ran, and hugged Jimin as hard as he ever had. They were both crying, as Jimin's mom was like a mother to Taehyung, as his mother died when he was little. Only his father could provide. But, they never had to worry about money. His father owned a very famous company, "Kim Reservations". As for Jimin's family, they were well off, until Jimin's father died when Jimin was 17. They had enough money from him, for about a good lifetime, but got support from Tae's family once in a while.

Jimin and Taehyung, walking around, in worry and frustration, tried to keep each other stable, and not fall asleep. As, it was 4 in the morning. Good thing, it was a Friday night. 

The doctors of the procedure came and apologized, and were sad and disappointed looking, came to tell the bad news to Jimin and Taehyung......

"Sorry gentlemen, I have very, very tragic news.....

Park Jimin, I'm sorry to say this, but you mother didn't make it......"

Getting back to Jimin's house, was totally unplanned, as they were planning to stay at the hospital, to try to feel his mothers spirit. But sadly, the staff wouldn't let him, as it was a late time this was going on. 5:36 am is the time that they had arrived home. Crying in each other's arms, like an emotional support bag of caring and loving spirit, they soon drifted off to slumber in each other's arms.

Waking up in each other's arms, was usually a normal thing. But, it felt so off, and very awkward for them both, and so they quickly separated, as that was most comfortable. But, Tae could very faintly hear Jimin's sniffles, so Tae back-hugged Jimin. This was comforting to them, and fell asleep, once again, as they were up really late last night.

"Hmmmm ahh Jimina, your on my arm" Tae said with his cute yet husky morning voice. Tae checked his phone, and was surprised about the time. It was almost 2 in the afternoon. He quickly got out of bed, and dashed to the kitchen, to make Jimin his really-late-breakfast-that-was-well-deserved.

Eating together, they supported each other, as they had sudden outbreaks during the day. They would watch a movie, and Tae would randomly feel lonely, even tho Jimin was right next to him. But, he realized why he felt that way.......

Jimin's mom would always visit at Taehyungs house, and Jimin would always be late, but show up later, as it was their meeting place. They did that every Sunday..... maybe that's the feeling and experience Tae was missing. He needed HIS mother, to.....
