KS left the cabin. Haseena in her mind “hume pata hain aap kuch chupa rahi hain humse Karishma hum pata lagakar rahege , hum aapko ese tarapte hue nehi dekh sakte koe toh baat hain jo apko andar hi andar sata rahi hain, kese pata lagae?"
Haseena called Billu and told him to keep a watch on KS.
Next day….
KS again came late ( it had been over a week that Karishma was arriving late in thana)
“ Aaj aap firse late hain KS , aaj aap boll he dijiye apka konsa esa personal kaam hain jo aap apni duty ko sideline kar diye hain..yeh koi time hain ane ka..1 din..2 din…thik hain …it’s has been over a week KARISHMA SINGH ..Damm it man..aap SI hain is thane ki koi responsibility naam ki cheez hain aap mein ..it’s enough KS… aagar aaj ke baad aap late aaye toh hum khud Commission sir se bolke aapka transfer kara dege.. har cheez ki haadh hoti hain KS..hum thak chuke hain aapko samjhate samjhate atleast aap aapne duty ko lekar punctual thi ..aab usee bhi sideline kar diya hain aapne..tbh I didn’t expect this irresponsible behaviour atleast from you KS" she almost yelled at her. All others were scared seeing the rage of MS.
She expected KS will give atleast an justification for coming late , but to her surprise KS was just looking at her with tears in her eyes . KS mumbled “sorry" and slowly went towards her desk to complete her work. Everyone went to their respective desk, there was an abnormal silence in the atmosphere.
Haseena was feeling bad for scolding KS , at the same time Billu entered MS cabin.
“Kya khabar hain?”
“ MS apke order ke anusar mein Karishma madam pe najar rakh raha hu, sach bolu toh koe baat batane wali nahi hain…sab kuch normal e hain”
“Acha..thik hain. Aur kuch?”
“ Ha ha madam yaad aaya Karishma maddam raat jag kar kuch case se study kar rahi thi apne kamre mein”
“Phir?”
“Phir…phir ..maddam …”
“BILLU"
“ sorry maddam fir mujhe nind agae thi …jab subha mein utha toh Karishma maddam ghar mein nhi thi..phir mein yaha thana mein aaya toh dekha Karishma maddam yaha par hain"
“Acha Billu yeh batao tab time kya horaha tha jab tumne dekha KS apne ghar par nahi hain?”
“ 8 baaje"
“ KS toh 12 baaje thane aayei hain..toh 8 se 12 baaje tak KS kaha par thi? Hume pata lagana parega!”
“ Thik hain Billu aab tum jao"
“ ji MS"
Haseena turned to see what Karishma was doing , she saw that her Karishma was engrossed in her work.
“Sorry Karishma hum kuch jyada e bol gaye aapko" she thought to herself staring at Karishma.
Karishma looked at her and said with a faint smile “ it’s okay Haseena, I do understand no need to be sorry ”
“ Aaj bhi aap hamari har baat bina bole samajh jati hain…” she smiled whole heartily.
So this is the first part of the story..
