⚔Nothing But Us⚔ {Leorai}

It's been weeks since I saw Karai...and I'm still speachless. I just can't stop thinking about her impressive Ninjizu skills, not to mention her impressive...outliner. I just cannot bring myself to forget about her...so here I am now...sitting in my room...watching 50 episodes of space heroes that I have already seen just puzzling over her. The guys already had met her...just two days ago to be exact...but they never got a feeling from her...well except Raph who just continually calls her "princess" which drives her nuts.
Just than Mikey knocked on my door.
"Still thinking about your girlfriend Leo?!" He called from outside the door. The word girlfriend was stretched out in that mocking tone he used on Donnie.
"No...and she's not my girlfriend lay off!" I seethed. Hey I have to lie sometimes.
When Mikey left I continued to watch space heroes when I heard a sound.
"What the..." I said in a whisper, surprised to hear something, when my room was so silent. I checked my phone.
"A message? At 12am..."I looked it was...Karai? No this must be a prank she wouldn't text me...probably Raph. I slipped my phone on my nightstand to the side of my bed...when I heard that interrupting sound...my phone. I looked. It was "Karai" again.
Probably Raph...I kept telling myself. But the message sounded like it WAS Karai. The message said," Leo meet me at the the Byerly Building..." That was it.
"What do I gotta loose" I said in the awkward silence. I grabbed my katana's, just incase it was a trick, she was still in the foot, my phone, and courage. I began to walk up to the crowded surface...wondering why she wanted to see me. Maybe this was a trap. Could it?
"No..." I thought..."no she wouldn't do that." Master Splinter would call this phrase "thinking what I wanted to." I walked into the main sewer tunnel. The stench WAS putrid, but I'd lived here for 15 years. Something seemed to be...happier? Yes things were happier, happier than than thrill of being out of the lair. Happier than, well, possibly everything at that moment.
"Wow I thought...I'm a mess...." I thought though I knew I was just saying that because of the deafening silence that surrounded me. Or was it that I couldn't admit it. I couldn't admit I liked Karai...not now...maybe never. As I exited the sewers the busy city seemed so beautiful. It never had occurred to me how beautiful the city looked(probably because I was always so busy planning missions). The lights gleamed off my eyes, the vibrant colors gleaming.
"Beautiful..."the words seemed to pour right over me. The city was beautiful...well minus the loud cars, hobos, and police constantly watching out for the next robber, but it was beautiful. I slugged myself out of the manhole, groping for the the ground, when suddenly I heard a sound, like metal on pavement.
"Kraang droids..." I said, to myself of course. Lots of them. I jumped up to the rooftops above, watching them march through the alley."what are they doing?"
The kraang droids appeared to be heading towards Shredder's HQ...as I called it.
"Are they working with the Shredder?" I thought to myself as I leaped rooftop to rooftop, thinking about what Karai wanted.
