Truth to be told, Re-Destro or also known as Rikiya, profusely had Yoriichi stayed in a cell with low security, just to let the intruder to think his presence was overlook and considered to be a minor error. When an unknown person appeared in the city, as the Grand Commander of the modern Meta Liberation Army, it was his job to monitor his people and watch out for them.

Though, it was true that he didn't think much about this intruder. He knew his comrades could take care of this, as it was only one person to handle. He just wanted to see if this intruder was indeed a spy or just a lost soul ended up in a wrong place. Hearing the blasting alarm and seeing the light flashing from the tower he was in informed him that this intruder was trying to escape.

" What should we do with the intruder after we caught him? " Skeptic asked, surveying the situation through the cameras he installed in the city and watched about dozens of their members surrounding the intruder from his laptop.

" Lock him up again, but in much more secured cell. And what's this I heard about that there's no information about him? " Re-Destro turned his head to look at Chitose and Koku.

Koku dipped down his head slightly, " We've been hacking the internet system to find info about our intruder, but so far there has no data about this Tsugikuni Yoriichi."

" ' A mysterious being appears! Friend or foe? ' Quite a title for the headline if I could write about him. " Chitose hummed, watching the intruder started getting attacked by the city's citizens.

Skeptic closed his laptop, " Re-Destro, Xerochrysum wants to see you. Right now."

" Him again? " Chitose raised her eyebrows. " I don't mean any disrespect, Re-Destro, but you've been meeting this person for a month now...is he trustworthy? "

Re-Destro smiled, adjusting his coat as he headed towards the meeting room. " We've only been in contact through Google meet or so. Trustworthy? No. But..."

He dropped his smile.

" We can't afford to have him as our foe."

Xerochrysum was a very mysterious person. All Re-Destro knew about was that Xerochrysum is a man and he was actually the person who developed the ' Trigger ' drug that boost Quirks.

Re-Destro put on his usual business smile as Xerochrysum came to the screen, only appearing as a whole dark shadow-like figure. Xerochrysum supplied the trigger drug for the organization and Re-Destro gave information about the Pro-Heroes and The League of Villains he could get from the organization members to Xerochrysum. Re-Destro agreed to send some professional members to study the trigger drugs for both Xerochrysum and the Meta Liberation Army to use in the future.
