Chapter 2

"Y/N!"

"Is she dead?"

"Jake, you're an idiot."

"Hey!"

You fluttered your eyes open to see you were in your liar. Jake was staring at you, and the sight that you woke up made his tail wag.

"Sis!" he cheered as he crushed you with a hug.

"Oi! Watch it, slug," you barked back. Frost cleared her throat and tapped her foot.

"Y/N, we got good news," Frost says as she points to the TV that was on the News.

"...these mysterious group of canines seem to be the new Bad Guys, starting with their unbelievable heist at the Golden Dolphin Award ceremony. Let's hand it over to Brady to get a better view."

The screen turned to a blonde haired male with curly tips and a fake smile. "Thanks, Tiffany. Looks like the heist is still being investigated, but I bet we can question the chief."

You grinned as you turned to them. "We're on the news!"

They all celebrated but got quiet when the chief started answering the questions.

"One of them is a master of disguise, maybe the guy wolf—" everyone laughed as Jake blushed and groaned "—I saw this blind lady walking by me and when I helped her, I noticed my ID and wallet was gone. She's definitely one of them."

You gave the screen a toothy grin. "Of course, I'm the best."

"But this is nothing we can't handle. The Bad Guys did way worse stuff. They robbed the most guarded places in Los Angelos. They scare people without even looking at them. They—"

A knife had been thrown into the screen before she could finish. Everyone turned to you, who's fur was on its edge.

"What did that cop just say?" you said soft-angry before barking loudly, "WHAT did that cop just say?!"

Everyone looked at you in fear. "Oh, no," you grinned. "I'm not dealing with this-this—"

Frost held your paw as Jake pried the knife out of the TV. Red was already examining it before comforting you as well.

"Y/N, we're better than them, trust me..." Frost smiled and got up. "I'll get soup."

Red walked out to join her, followed by Jake. You sat by yourself, thinking back to when you were in high school, training under the Crimson Paw, AKA Diane Foxington. It was a great time until the Golden Dolphin Heist failed. At least she got away along with Diane.

You suddenly had an idea. An awful idea, one that would change you and your gang's entire outlook.

You snuck into the garage and looked for your skateboard and helmet. You made sure to wear long sleeved clothes, and wore a helmet like a motor cycles.

You skated down the street, dodging people, pets, and cars until you reached the hilltop. You grinned, hearing the Bad Guys arguing inside.

It was almost night, and you saw an extra car from a pizza man outside. As the door shut and he walked to his car, you snuck up and karate-chopped his neck, leaving him unconscious.

You climbed to the balcony and saw someone walked outside. Perfect. As long as it was one of the Bad Guys, that's fine.

And it was. But you suddenly felt embarrassed seeing who it was.

Mr.Wolf stared into the city as you crept behind him. The blinds were closed and the lights were off, leaving you a perfect opportunity. You repeated your action from the pizza man to Mr.Wolf, and he also passed out.

You lifted him onto your back but slightly fell. "I hate being the runt of the litter. I'm too small for this!"

You ignored your thoughts and snuck him into the back of the pizza man's car. You needed to prove you were a good enough villain.

"Y-Y/N..." Jake stuttered slightly as you showed them what you did.

"That's extremely, even for you," Red said. You rolled your eyes and pointed to your presentation.

"Listen, step one: we kidnap one of the Bad Guys, done. Step two: the public finds out and figures out its us, leaving already scared people. Three: we do more heists to try to convince the Bad Guy—in this case Mr.Wolf—into being bad again! Simple."

The others looked at each other skeptical. You groaned and walked over. "Guys, we are capable of this...we deserve this. Frost—" the white fox looked at you with hesitant eyes "—your middle school bullied you because you were the smartest, and now you're hacking into the strongest organizations in the world!"

Her ears launched up. "Red, you're the most good-guy-kicking butt fox I know! You literally can take on the whole police force!" Red smiled softly.

"Jake—wait, nothing to say about him that's good," you stopped.

"Hey!"

"The point is," you said, holding Red and Jake's paw as they held Frost's, "we're now the new bad guys. We have to play the part, we have to prove ourselves worthy...and this is the perfect plan, who's with me!"

There was silence as you took deep breathes, taking your foot off the table and your arm down to your side. They all looked at each other with hesitant eyes before glaring back at you...
