Rosalyn looked at her husband shocked.
"W-what do you possible mean?! Are you accusing me of being unloyal to you?!" She screeched.
Alec saw past the lie but the others clearly did not.
"Alec! How dare you accuse her of such unspeakable acts?!" Growled Felix.
"Brother! I thought mother and father taught you better!" Scolded Jane.
"Don't bring our parents into this." Alec hissed.
"Well then don't accuse Rosalyn of something she couldn't possibly have done or thought of doing!" She screeched.
"Let me ask you Rosalyn. That day I found you bleeding on the floor. You didn't really trip did you?" He asked, ignoring his sister.
"O-of course I did! Humans are clumsy you know! We don't have the perfect grace and posture that you vampires do." Stuttered Rosalyn.
"Is that so? So when I bandaged your wounds, shouldn't they be on your knees or legs? Not your-"
