It was a harsh, cold, windy night outside, and I was yet again, about to try summoning Satan itself.
This would be the third attempt this week, and the risks continuing to pile up, creating an ever-increasing mountain of anticipation, waiting to crumble down in the presence of another failed attempt.
This could be my breaking.
This could be my end.
I stood in the centre of my room, preparing to mix the living and the dead together once again.
I traced the lines of a new summoning circle on the floor with my large collection of Mineta's blood. Once the blood had been spread there was only one thing left to do.
'NOW, TO WAKE THE BEAST !' *insert lightening here*
* Yawn* 'Heyyyy, that's a little harsh'
Sorry Darkshadow, I shouldn't call you a beast, I meant Satan is the beast. Moving on.
At this point of my ritual, I would look back at the sacred notes, though as said ritual has been performed countless times, one does not need notes to read off of; the forbidden words already run through my veins.
I step back from the summoning circle, and scream the words, holding onto the nearest thing for dear life. There before my eyes, two widely different yet related worlds began warping together, causing an extremely dangerous and unnatural gravitational pull, not unlike the gravitational pull of a black hole. This part of the ritual is beyond dangerous if one were to stare into the centre of the portal, so now is my time to rely on Darkshadow as my eyes. The portal isn't necessarily bright, but if any foolish mere mortal were to-
"-Hey Tokoyami?? I need to talk to Darkshadow. I think he took anoth- whHAhahH??!?!"
