Chapter 2

Kenzie just do this it's how mommy and daddy made you.
But Braden what if we get in trouble.
We won't just stop worrying.
Okay I will do it.
Now remember Kenzie if you tell mommy and daddy the police will come and take you away.
I won't tell Bubba I promise.

Till this day I have nightmares. Fortunately not every night anymore. I don't think all those people who joke about rape and molesting get that those things scar people for life. Now I'm lucky enough that I only have a couple of different nightmares that happen about this. A lot of people ask why I play sports. I give the generic answer if it's fun but honestly I play to get my anger out for all these years. Sadly after everything I don't think I will be able to trust him again . Basketball is over but now comes softball. I remember the first year I played softball. I played on a team with Madison (the greatest pitcher ever) we had some pretty funny coaches who could make umpires cry.

But back to nightmares, they really suck. You can't tell anybody or they could use it against you. Or your nightmares could be about something that your parents would force you to go to counseling over. Now I don't know about you but I absolutely hate counseling. They treat you like your and idiot and that just pisses me off. What if I want to be treated like the 13 year old I am. Is that to much to ask? My counselor was the same one I had after the incident. She seriously treated me like I was 5.

But I don't go to counseling anymore and I don't plan on going back. My life is screwed up enough I don't need her to remind me.

Back on topic though I have my first softball game in a couple of weeks. Our team is pretty good considering it's a mix of 11 year olds all the way up to 14 year olds. Luckily I'm closer to 14. Softball is one sport that you can take your anger out. I know this for sure. Just imagine the ball is someone's head, most likely someone you hate, when your batting. Or when your throwing pretend the glove your throwing to is also someone's head. But you know you could also be normal and not take out anger issues with softball.
