Jungkook stirred in his sleep after the sunlight from his window hit his eyes. As his grandmother opened his curtains "Grandmother is it time to leave already?" Jungkook asked rubbing his eyes and sitting up "not yet my dear, I just came up here to wake you. But I have made breakfast so get ready dear" his grandmother said as she walked towards his door. He nods and stands getting ready for the day
he saw a letter from none other than the mythic academy. He was immediately excited and ran down to meet his grandmother after getting dressed (He dressed in a simple silky white shirt and black pants to tuck it into)
"Grandma it's here!" He exclaimed loudly bouncing in his spot a little he heard light rustling and then his grandma walked into the main part of her shop she had in the middle of nowhere in the woods
"Well open it dear I wanna see the accomplishment my grandson has made!" She happily said with a bright smile on her face he opened the letter while saying "you know gran this could also be a rejection letter" she scoffed and rolled her eyes

"Oh please with what you can do you think they'll reject you?" She asked like it was obvious as to be opened the letter and opened it and was able to read it
He looked up at his grandmother and handed her the form "they rejected you?!" She didn't get a chance to read it before talking "I'm gonna go beat someone's ass-" she said as she read it and looked up in shock and hugged Jungkook in a bone-crushing high
"I'm so proud of you sweetheart!" She said as she released him and looked at the other paper for the rules

'the rules seemed simple' Jungkook thought and nodded he was supposed to pack tonight and he would be able to choose transportation between being taken to mythic academy by family, teleporting, or being picked up by the academy and taken there.
His grandma peeked over his shoulder at the options "oh I'd choose the last option, arrive in style, like any queen should" she said flipping her multi-colored grey, silver hair which she pulled off very well "or well king if you prefer" she said chuckling
Jungkook chuckled and nodded "I will go pack then. Are we still going to the town today?" Jungkook said with excitement and asked putting a light skip in his step stopping at the threshold of the stairs and looked back at his grandmother
"Yes dear so hurry with your packing please" she said watching him nod with excitement and scurrying up the stairs
As he got upstairs he started to pack quickly but neatly. he didn't have much but he still cherished what he had. After all most of the stuff in his room was from his parents, but he didn't know who they were.
