It's Friday.
And strangely, he and Changbin haven't been talking for days. Not a single message, not a single anything.
He felt his heart clenching in his chest just thinking about it, tears welling up in his eyes.
Why did it feel like everything was falling apart? Why did it feel like Changbin was ghosting him?
He might just be busy but, there's no way he hasn't been able to find a short minute over the course of the past five days to tell Jisung that he won't be available for some time.
About the 'not a single message' part, that was a lie.
It's a lie because, while they didn't have a single actual conversation, it wasn't like Jisung hadn't tried to text him multiple times.
Everyday up until now he had left a few messages.
He was overthinking that he was being too clingy, at the same time worried that something might've happend to the older, and somewhere deep in his heart, scared that he was being ghosted and left alone.
It doesn't make sense though, Changbin seemed to be perfectly happy and in love when they were talking the last time. He couldn't have changed his mind this quickly could he?
A tears escaped his eyes and he immediarly wiped it away.
How embarrassing.
He was looking at his phone, having their chat opened and crying in public. He probably seemed pathetic.
Or that's what he thought.
Little did he know that there were strangers around who noticed, asking themselves if he was okay. Wanting to ask what was going on and wanting to help but not having the courage to speak up.
In the spur of the moment, Jisung flinched when his phone suddenly made a short ringing sound, indicating that he had received a message.
It wasn't a loud sound, but he was so deep in thoughts that it startled him more than it should have.
It was a message from Chan.
"Hey Ji, it's urgent, where are you right now?"
Jisung sighed once again and opened the message, typing in a quick answer.

In the bus, why? Is everything okay?
