The rest of the week Niall has been really distant which I hate but I have been getting closer with Gemma. We're actually hanging out in my room waiting for one of the boys to call us and tell us how the meeting with Simon went.
When my phone rings I expect it to be one of the other boys but my eyes light up when I see Niall's name on the screen.
"It's Niall," I tell Gemma before answering and putting it on speaker.
"Bailey!" he says and I can hear Louis shouting something in the background. I smile at the enthusiasm in his voice.
"Hey Ni! I'm with Gemma right now," I say.
"Hey," she says nonchalantly.
"How did the meeting go?" I ask.
"It went so well! We have a record deal now! A record deal!!" he says, excitedly.
"Niall that's amazing!!" I say, grinning.
"Yeah we have to celebrate," Gemma says nodding.
"Is that the girls?" I hear Harry say.
"Yeah, it's Gemma and Bailey," Niall answers.
"HI!" the boys say in unison and I can bet you they're waving at the phone.
"You guys should come to my house! It's huge we could celebrate," I say.
"Yes! Finally, I can't wait to see your Aunt's famous mansion," Niall says and I laugh.
"Great! We'll see you soon," I say.
"BYE!" they all say and I chuckle as I hang up the phone.
We all sit in a circle on the huge living room floor eating pizza and drinking soda.
"We should play truth or dare," Gemma says, a mischievous look on her face.
"Ooh yess," Louis says and we all nod.
"I'll go first," Gemma says, looking around the circle before her eyes land on Liam. "Liam, truth or dare?" she asks.
"Hmm dare," he says.
"I dare you to prank call the fifth person on your contact list," she says with a mischievous grin and Liam rolls his eyes.
"Let's see who the fifth person is," he scrolls on his phone for a second before clapping his hand over his mouth.
"Who is it?" I ask.
"Oh god... it's Simon," he mumbles.
"Simon Cowell?" I ask, chuckling a little in disbelief.
"Yes, Bailey. Who else would it be?" he says and I roll my eyes.
"You have to do it," Gemma says.
"I don't think this is the best way to start a career. Prank calling your boss? No, I can't do it," he says shaking his head and dropping his phone.
"C'mon Payno. You really gonna back out of a dare. Wouldn't that make you a chicken?" Louis says, nudging him teasingly.
"I like chicken," Niall adds, and I chuckle.
Suddenly Harry and Louis start clucking like chickens and we all laugh, well except for Liam who still looks conflicted.
"C'mon Li, do it," Zayn says, nudging him.
