Tamaki is definitely a shy boi as you can tell in the anime.
He would probably only have a small group of friends and about three people he was close enough to have a real conversation with.
If you two were dating he would probably be too nervous to even hold you're hand in public let alone flirt with you and stuff like that.
If he does hold you're hand in public he will not speak or make eye contact with you and will stare at the ground the whole time looking like a blushing mess.
When you guys are alone he will definitely cuddle with you he probably prefers to be little spoon but there are times when he will be big spoon.
He lacks self confidence and on the days he feels really bad about himself and can barely get out of bed he won't eat unless you encourage him to.
He does sometimes forget to eat and gets frustrated when you ask him to eat or remind him to but when you skip a meal he gets very upset and cuddles you telling you how perfect you are.
He feels comfortable around you so he won't be scared to tell you how he is feeling or how his day is going.
When you are crying he cooks for you and comforts you with kisses and cuddles bc he's a softie <3
If he is angry he won't take it out on you but he will lock himself in a bathroom for hours and hours and listens to sad music for some reason.
He definitely has social and separation anxiety so if he goes out in public alone with out you he will probably panic and hide so you always have to be with him.
When you embarrass him or tease him in any way he will get really flustered and will turn his head away from you.
If you take too long in the bathroom or to get ready or something like that he will spam you until you come out.
When he is sad and crying he tries to hide from you in a corner or locks himself somewhere to be alone(as most of us do) which can really worry you Sometimes.

If you start to wear hoodies and jeans or baggy clothes 24/7 tamaki will definitely try to get you to show him your arms or legs because he knows that you have a past with self harm so you could possibly have started to do it again.
If you accidentally reveal your scars by rolling up your long sleeves or something he will immediately burst into tears and hug you telling you over and over how much he loves you and he kisses your scars.
If your in the bathroom for too long he will barge in the make sure you're not selfharming.
If he sees you self harm he will grab whatever your using and will clean your arm or leg and bandage it and then cuddle you 🥰
I also have the feeling that tamaki is bi or pan I don't know why but ye
He is definitely more clingy than flirtatious or anything like that
If he does like you he won't tell you or ask you out but he will wait for you to confess before him
He's probably really stubborn
He's probably really Self conscious when you're around other people.

If you told him that you were bi he would probably get nervous when you are around any gender tbh he always thinks that you are going to find someone better than him and leave him so sometimes he begs you not to leave him and it makes him emotional.
