Jackie carefully opened to page 2
It readI'm a terrible man a liar too sometimes I just hate myself
Jackie never seeing this side of Jack sat up and continued reading
*
"Jack the press can't look away from these affairs anymore"
Jack shifted uncomfortably. He knows he vowed to himself to not be that man anymore
"I know I know I owe it to Jackie but--"
"But what! Pull it together this could ruin your career"
Bobby almost yelledBlaze, Marlene, Marilyn, Jayne so many more I've broken the promise I made to Jacqueline
"These women have a grip on me Bobby"
Bobby rolled his eyes
"Bull shit you have a wife and 2 children are they worth risking?"
He said and left leaving Jack to his thoughts. The fact that he cheats is humiliating to himI need to man up
*"Mommy?"
Jackie wiped a few tears and saw Caroline in the door way
"Have you packed butto--"
She stopped herself, Caroline had asked her to never call her buttons again because it was something Jack has called her all the time. Caroline nodded and climbed in to her mothers bed
"Are you crying?"
"Yes Caroline I'm afraid I am"
"I miss him mommy I wish I could talk to him again."
Jackie fought with herself on telling Caroline about the book she decided not to, at least until she reads the whole thing.
"Go on to bed Caroline"
Jackie continued reading*
I don't want to rerun for president
