Jackie was shocked so she read it again
I don't want to rerun for president
Instead of reading on she jumped off the bed in search for a box filled with Jacks papers. She carelessly flipped through boxes until she reached a rough schedule for his reelection tour she started to cry again as she starred at the most damning letters ever
D-A-L-L-A-S
She ripped the paper. If he didn't want to run again why did he go to the damn place?
Jackie sat puzzled on the floor, here was hard proof he was going to run again then why did he say he didn't want to? And why hadn't he mentioned it to her.
"Why?"
She asked out loud placing the stacks of paper back in the box. she jumped back on the bed and peeled open the page
I don't want to rerun for president... But I know I have to I wish there was a way to get out of it. Jackie's great help in these times of stress.
Why did he HAVE to she thought. Her Heart ached she wished he was here so she could ask him. She scanned the page looking for a why but it wasn't there it just read
It's too important these things stay hidden from the children the public and Jackie
Secrets? Affairs she assumed he thought she was clueless if he knew she knew maybe he wouldn't have gone to Dallas she played this tug of war with herself daily.

"Jack you have to run again!"
Jack stood up
"No it's too much stress I never have time for Jackie or my children and--"
Bobby followed his brother towards the door
"I'm not really giving you a choice."
"What makes you think I'm letting you give me a choice?"
Bobby raised an eyebrow
"You know I can bring down your family and name with these secrets I hold."
Jack who was very annoyed he couldn't trust his brother to respect his wishes replied
"I'd take down your name too."
"I'd risk it."
Bobby said with no hesitation. Jack had a choice and it seemed simple what he had to do, Bobby knew too much about his affairs and if he didn't run Bobby would bring that proof to the public but worst of all Jackie.
"Get out of my face Bobby."
"Is that a yes?"
Jack sighed
"Is it a choice?"
Bobby turned
"No."
And walked out.
Jackie came in soon after. They may have a broken marriage but it was always filled with love.
