Hold my hand

Hold it firm like nothing

Could ever separate us.

Hold my hand

Hold it so I know

I’m not in this alone.

Hold my hand

Hold it like it might be

The last time you do.

Hold my hand

Hold it and walk with me

Through whatever awaits me, awaits us.

Hold my hand

Hold it like your holding my heart

Don’t let it go but not too tight.

Hold my hand

Hold it close so our hearts

beat as one.

Hold my hand

I need to know you’ll never leave.
