five months later..

"girl get up" hailey Mercedes and Maria walked into jordyn's new house. It was completely empty. Jordyn had a mattress on the floor and a full length mirror in her room

that was the only furniture in the house

she moved out of her old house because it was bringing back too many bad memories of her last relationship

she had no motivation to even decorate her new big empty house

"busy making yourself feel worse" Mercedes said coming out her closet with a pill full of clothes to go through

"it's getting you out of bed and this ugly ass city we live in for a start" hailey looked through her bikinis

"and there's a concert so many artists are going. polo g, nardo wick, lil durk" Mercedes stuck her tongue out

"bitch am I going to audition for a stripclub or am I going to New York ?" everyone laughed at how serious she was

"this is kinda fun" jordyn said as they at a restaurant before they were going to head to the concert

"let's swap seats" jordyn said to hailey. she was facing tezanari's table and she didn't want him to see her

they swapped seats and before the waiter came back with their drinks

"that's that stupid bitch maya" jordyn head snapped towards Mercedes. maya got jordyn jumped. there was no particular reason

"stop" jordyn tried to stop Mercedes who got up. Mercedes was short tempered and very overprotective

"can someone please stop her" jordyn put her head down after watching Mercedes press maya

"hell nah she's doing Gods work" hailey sipped on her cocktail watching it. jordyn got up and went over

"im sorry y'all I think she got you mistaken for someone else" jordyn said smiling at maya and taking Mercedes hands

"nah you know her. remember when she cut your face with a blade and had the whole school calling her suicidal bitch? you better watch yo back hoe" Mercedes bucked at maya who flinched

the whole table looked at maya with disappointment on their faces including tezanari. Mercedes walked back to the table and sat down

"sorry for that" jordyn apologised to the table. her and tezanari made eye contact and she smiled at him before walking back over to her table

"maya" Tasha (tezanari's sister) looked at her "friend"

"she's lying" maya denied

"don't talk about it now we'll talk about it later" tezanari's mom said. they were out with tez k so whatever people did around him reflected on him

"momma that was the therapist I was talking about" he whispered to his mother who's looked at her soon

"that poor baby" tezanari mother couldn't even look at maya for the rest of the meal

"girl you want to get me jumped again?" jordyn said to Mercedes. hailey dapped up Mercedes making jordyn shake her head

Mercedes was in juvy when all this happened for fighting and when she got out maya was nowhere to be found

hailey was the one who found her in the restroom with the slit on her face and that's how they became friends

she kept her safe since then
