By the time Aether got to Xuan, the boy had already thrown Paimon into the near by tree. Paimon screamed as she was thrown and soon crashed into a bird's nest. The two eggs within the nest fall out and Xuan quickly run under the tree and caught them. The Hilichurl boy cackles as Albedo and Aether come over to the tree.

"Paimon!" Aether shouted as his little companion drizzly flew down towards him. "Paimon, are you okay?" Aether worriedly asked.

"Paimon's okay... but Paimon's not okay with the fact that Xuan threw Paimon! What gives?!" The little being angrily screamed at Xuan.

Xuan only stares at Paimon before he casually gestures to the eggs he'd gotten. Paimon is confused before she understands what he means by this. "Why would you use Paimon as a slingshot?!"

"Dala?"

"Don't you 'dayla' Paimon mister! What you did was unacceptable!" Paimon screamed and went on a whole rant while Xuan only gwaped at her. Aether and Albedo sighed both sighing.

The traveller and his companion were now saying there farewells to Albedo; after getting a few things they'd needed from him and began making their way to Mondstadt.  Furthermore, Xuan was following them and Paimon being unhappy with this, began questioning the boy.

"Paimon want's to know why you're following us!"

"Beru nya." Was all Xuan said before walking ahead of Aether and Paimon; already having an idea on where they're heading.

"Uh-- wha-- Paimon has no idea what you've just said, but Paimon's going to take that personally!" The little pixie yelled and Aether only sighed at his friend's antics.

The three had entered Mondstadt and were now inside the Favonius Headquarters outside of Jeans office. "You wait right here Xuan - we'll be back in a few minutes." Aether says before entering the office with Paimon. Xuan grumbled as he crossed his arms and leaned his back against the wall near the door. A few moments later, the entrance door to the Headquarters slowly opened and a little girl with brown hair wearing a pink dress stepped in. The girl closes the door behind her and makes her way to the library, but stops when she notices Xuan. The two stare at each other before the girl decides to walk up to the peculiar boy.

"Hello there! I'm Ella Musk, Professor of Hilichurlian Linguistics. What about you? What's your name?" The little girl asks and Xuan brashly grinned.

"Mi, kuzi Xuan!"

The moment those words came out of his mouth, Ella eyes sparkled with joy as she brightly smiled. "You can speak Hilichurlian?! How?! Hold! Come with me for a moment!"
Ella then grabs Xuan's hand drags him over to the library. Deciding to just follow the girl and now taking interest to the new situation, Xuan did not protest.

"...we'll head over to the Winery to meet up with Diluc and Venti to further discuss our plans." Jean says as the traveller and Paimon nods.

"Understood! Now all we have to do is go get Xuan now, Paimon has a bad feeling now leaving him alone here."

"Xuan...?" Jean questions and Aether nods his head. "It's that strange Hilichurl boy we met earlier. We managed to get his name and bring him here." The blond boy explained and Jean was shocked by this.

Just as the Acting Grand Master had opened her mouth to speak, a loud boom with a few thuds could be heard from another room. The three rush out of the office and spot the library door wide open with smoke coming out.

They rush in with a few Favonius and see a very angered Lisa fighting with a pissed Xuan while some of the shelves were on fire.

"Master Jean! Mr Honorary Knight! Please help!" A frantic Ella says as she ran over to them.

"Ella! What happened? You aren't hurt are you?" Aether asked as he kneeled infront of the little girl and made sure she wasn't injured.

Jean had ordered a few guards to help put out the fire while Jean went over to Lisa and Xuan with Paimon following beside her. "Xuan!! What are you doing?!" Aether yelled and the boy drew his attention over at him.
