Once the knock finally clicks, as I was in and out of my head full of thoughts.

"Come in!" I saw as I rise up, trying to look a bit more presentable.

"Your highness, it's Jalon, I was wondering if you would like to head down to the dinning hall, as it's supper time." He leans his head in glimpsing his darker hair contrasting against my lighter walls.

"I would love to Jalon! Please give me just a moment while I freshen up!" He nods and closes the door ever so quietly.

I've told him I don't like him being in my room while I just lay down, which I always mention how it's no offense to him. He understands, but sometimes has to disregard my request for my father may be walking around, or a formal event is happening.

Whilst still In my head I go to a mirror, and make my hair less frizzy and putting my usual neckalce on. That way the light pink coloring, mixing well with my rather light completion.

I make my way out of my room, greeting Jalon and heading to the way of the dinning hall. The room full of small whispers as my whole family, which I shall explain whom in a moment, sits and awaits my arrival.

The big room, full of flowers snd paintings, keeping the same gold trimming and silver accents all about. The top, however, is a glass dome stained the lights bit blue, to show our royalty.

I sit near my mother and father, accompanied with my brother near the head of the table, which was decorted with lavious foods found from allover the country, serval different colors and our more pretty silverware.

My mother and father, my mother named gwenith and my father Muchirel both covered in jewelry like the walls, I don't remember the name of. My brother, just coming from training, a bit shaggier looking, still fits the quota of being a prince. All four of us, were light haired. My mother being blonde the color of gold, but my father blonde, like the color of wax.

Mixes well, and I got a nice light gold color, while my brother has a nice gold color hair color.

Now, for the rest of the table, sits serval extended family I have not talked to as often as I may should.

On the left side of the table, nearest to the wall of windows sits, my father's side of the family. Which is his mother and father sit near us.

My aunt, aunt flora and her husband my, uncle geelo, and their young daughter, my cousin, rose. And then my other aunt, aunt faru, and her son marshal.

Then on the right side, the side nearest the grand entrance to the dining hall, sits my mother's side, her father and mother.

My aunt hue, and her husband which, I quite honestly despise, so his name means near nothing to me. And their children, a boy named Simon, a girl named lira and the youngest son Liam.

That was all the people at the table, talking as If they don't see eachother everyday. Though a princess, I've never been very sociable even with my own family.

I get to nervous when I hear the chatter fill my ears, and I see the people chatting move. I tend to freeze up in the middle of conversation, or rather never engage at all.

Unless the small select few that I have decided to fill my ears up with chatter but rather listen to me. As odd as that may sound, it makes sense to me.

"So, Dervon, how was training treating you?" My father asks, "rather well father, I felt as if I was quicker then last time." He retorted after finishing his bite.

My father hummed in response. My brother looking proud of himself, as I watch the engagement. "Theodosia, how was teaching with Aunt Flora?"
My mother looks at me with hope in her eyes, never being able to relate to me always tried her best.

"It was enticing, as I learned more about serval bible scriptures reverses into poetry." As I got excited from talking about the idea of poetry.

My aunt looked over, hearing her name and smiling. "Yes, she was quite good at looking at the comparison to the poems and the Bible." My mother smiles, but feeling an unease coming from the direction, I look down and pick at my food.

"You know my mother says poetry isn't with anything!" Marshal forces himself into conversation, "Marshal! No need to be rude twords cousin Theodosia!" His mother, aunt faru scolds him for.

"Well, in the society today, though beautiful words on a paper may make one feel better, doesn't have much practice anymore." My, unnamed Uncle points out.

This is why i do not like him, he's rather pessimistic and brings downs others that aren't in his idealisms.

"Well, there's not need for such talk at my table. What happened outside these walls, meaning much to me means little to most others here." My father says, making the final word.

They never liked my ideal for poetry, nor my only peak interest in it. Still however, they supported my decision
Or never let anyone talk it ill.

The pessimistic uncle looks defeated as he, thrives on the debate.

"The food is, just wonderful isn't it?" My uncle geelo points out, talking into the open air. "it quite is!" Aunt hue agrees, and most of us joining in agreement.

After some-time, most people have finished their plate, and are heading off to bed or their nightly duties.

Which for each person is different, it mostly depends on interests.

Cousions rose loves, ironically, the gardens so she tends to help the master gardner to the plants. Simon, Marshal and sometimes Liam tend to follow my brother, to pratice sword fighting. Finally, lira is an incredible dancer, heading off to dance with the beautiful dancers to practice for balls.

And I, and Jalon head off to the library.
