Okay, so maybe their friend dynamic changed a little bit.

Nothing too drastic; they just made out with each other sometimes. And by sometimes, Eli meant every time they hung out with each other. They also have been hanging out with each other a lot more these past few weeks, every day in fact.

At first, it was awkward. They would sit around stiffly and pretend to be absorbed into whatever they were doing. Then, Eli would break and drag Klitz down for a kiss, which Klitz would eagerly go along with. Once they got started, they wouldn't stop for a while.

After the first few times, Klitz started initiating the kisses too. For some reason, when Klitz was the one to start the make-out session, it made Eli flustered. Klitz, the sadistic ass, kissed him more often after learning this fact. He would smirk at Eli's stammering or laugh into mouth when he blushed.

Neither of them talked about their new hobby outside of doing it. If they weren't currently kissing each other, they were pretending it never happened. If Klitz brought it up, which he tried to sometimes, Eli would mentally shut down and refuse to talk about it. Sometimes this made Klitz frustrated, but it never stopped him from continuing to make-out with Eli.

Matt doesn't even know about this thing they're doing. He was always too busy with Danielle to hang out with them much anymore anyways. However, he was a little suspicious when Klitz accidentally left a hickey on Eli's neck once. Eli was mortified, but claimed that Klitz got him in the neck during one of their fencing matches. Klitz looked terribly embarrassed and guilty at the time, but his kisses had extra fervor that night.

Currently, Eli and Klitz were in Eli's bedroom passing Eli's PlayStation 2 controller back and forth. Each of them took turns completing missions in GTA: San Andreas. Matt was invited, but as expected, he turned them down to take Danielle on a date. It was Saturday night, after all.

Both of them expressed their frustration at how they weren't going to see Matt tonight. Secretly, Eli was relieved that he'd have more time alone with Klitz. He had a feeling Klitz felt similarly to how he did.

Eli threw his hands up and yelled in triumph as the car he was racing in passed the finish line. The controller fell from his hands into his lap. Finally, that mission was done. He hated the racing missions.

"Nice job, man," Klitz said from next to him.

They were sitting on the floor side-by-side leaning against Eli's bed behind them. One of Eli's thighs was pressed against Klitz's. When he remembered that fact, his heart flipped in his chest. Ever since they shared those kisses by the creek, Eli's body was way more sensitive to Klitz's touch.

Eli grinned wider and passed the controller over to Klitz.

"Thank you, thank you. Hope this next one doesn't take you as many tries as the train mission," Eli said, making fun of the two hours where Klitz struggled.

Klitz groaned and took the controller from his hands.

"Do you have to keep bringing that one up? Do you want me to bring up the forklift mission?" Klitz replied, eyes now glued to the screen.

Eli scoffed and crossed his arms before saying, "Nah, still nothing compared to your little tantrum. The funniest part was when you kept calling Big Smoke a "fat piece of dog shit" under your breath for ten minutes."

With one hand still on the controller, Klitz reached over to try to hit Eli. Eli successfully batted away his attempts while laughing. Klitz gave up after a minute and returned his full attention to the video game.

Klitz started the next mission and seemed to already be having an easier time than Eli did during the racing mission. He was well aware of this, and smirked to himself.
